This company is fantastic and very trustworthy. I ordered a milk machine on 20/01/25 for a friend but didn’t check that she’d already got a blender (Vitamix) so emailed them to request a cancellation and refund and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They processed the refund and I received it two days later on 22/1/25. You can’t get better than that can you! Very helpful and friendly emails too so although in the end I didn’t purchase a milk machine I would recommend the company to everyone.

The machine arrived after 1 month, customer services via email are quick to reply but dishonest.
They ignored my plea for a cancellation (3x times), they replies with hearts and fluffy responses, very superficial and standard !
The box arrived badly packed, no scooping or measuring spoon and no branded bag. There was no instruction on use or recipes for oat milk which is very commonly used.
Great marketing but they have a long way to go before handling orders. Professionally !!

After reviewing our conversation, I can confirm that our team did not ignore your cancellation request. However, when you requested the cancellation, the order was already in the shipping process and could not be stopped.

Regarding the missing scooping or measuring spoon, we want to clarify that it’s not mentioned anywhere on our website that the product includes a measuring spoon. As for the branded bag, it is the white cotton bag in which the product was delivered.

Lastly, regarding instructions or recipes, we offer a free recipes eBook and a 4-minute video tutorial on how to use the product. If you did not receive these, it would have been sufficient to request them, and we’d have gladly provided them.

Très déçue de cette compagnie ! À fuir !! Et vous trouverez la même machine sur Alibaba pour 10x moins cher !

J’avais commandé le 03.12.24, une machine payée 141 CHF ! Le temps de livraison qu’on m’a donné était de 5-7 jours quand j’ai posé la question sur leur pub Facebook.
Et je ne l’ai reçue que le 17.01.2025 après au moins 10 échanges de mails !!

D’abord ils ont prétexté une rupture de stock, puis un problème de livraison qui serait revenu en arrière, etc….

Je leur ai demandé à plusieurs reprises un remboursement de 20-30% pour tous les désagréments qu’ils ont toujours refusé, prétextant qu’ils n’avaient pas assez de marge sur leur produit, alors que j’ai trouvé le même sur Alibaba pour moins de 20CHF !

Ils m’ont finalement remboursé 5% donc 8CHF …. Lamentable !!!

02/02/2025 UPDATE! My daughter contacted MilkinPlants about this and they were so helpful. I was issued a full refund within 24 hours and given an address in the UK to return the item to. Thank you MilkinPlants for sorting the refund. I can’t say anything about the machine (because we did not use it) except that it did arrive and looked impressive. I have changed my star rating based on my daughters dealings with their customer service support.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have been trying to get a refund and they don’t respond to emails in a timely fashion. The response was “TRY IT FIRST”. When is clearly states if it’s used you can’t get a refund. Now they have offered a refund at my expense! I’ve put in a claim via my bank & I am contacting trading standards. Avoid this company.

Untrustworthy

Ordered the plant milk machine on 11th Dec, the advert led me to expect delivery for Xmas / they accepted the order then emailed to say they couldn’t deliver would I accept 20% discount. I didn’t reply straight away, so they emailed offering 30% reduction if I didn’t cancel. I replied accepting their offer and they withdrew - saying they’d only refund 20% after all. I said ok, then someone else in their office offered 30% again. I accepted and sent evidence of this but they insisted only 20% was offered. I still haven’t had the milk machine. Their customer service just kept contradicting each other. Not great, sorry, can’t recommend them.

Absolutely awful company! They do not deliver and then they lie!!
Ordered for Christmas, made their delivery date for time and then nothing..... I've now been battling them for refund! They said it had been delivered, then they changed their mind and said, oh sorry it hasn't been delivered. Then they offered 15% discount... NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Shady tactics, lies and refusal of refunds! ***** UPDATE ****... The company attempted to remove my review.

Update.....carefully reviewed 🤔 my wife had to spend a month trying and failing to rectify an order she made in good faith as a Christmas present... Delivery times not acceptable

I ordered one of these machines back on 12th December with 5-7 day delivery.

Towards the end of December when it was clear it wasn’t going to get here for Christmas I tried to cancel. Rezi from customer services stated that wasn’t possible as the order has been processed.

I chased again in January as it still had t arrived and then they stated it had been shipped and should I want to return it it would need to go back to the USA. At no point was it made clear the shipment was coming from America.

I note from other comments they have been told the same but apparently there is a uk shipping address.

I have asked the same today 14th January but no response yet

Very poor service

Update 17th January

Still no returns information despite the company stating on here that there is a uk returns address. Messages from customer services saying the exact opposite. Someone is not telling the truth.

The saga continues

Returning the product is not as said on the website. The return address is the USA and you pay the postage.

I purchased the machine and was not happy with the product results. Tried to return it. I was eventually told I would have to pay to send it back to the USA. This was after numerous emails trying to find out a return address. Not a happy customer.

Disappointment with Order Status


. I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order and the lack of communication about its status.

I was informed that my order would be posted out on December 16th, yet here we are on the 26th, and I still haven’t received it. This delay is quite frustrating, especially considering the promotional ads I keep receiving, showcasing discounts of 10%, 20%, and even 40%. Why would I consider purchasing additional items when I haven’t even received my original order?

Moreover, I recall being told that if the product was out of stock, I wouldn’t receive it. So, I’m left wondering who is being honest here. If there are stock issues or if the item has been unavailable for months, it would be more helpful to communicate that directly instead of offering excuses. The truth may be hard to hear, but it is essential for maintaining trust.

If your stock has let you down, a simple acknowledgment and an update would go a long way. I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, but clear communication is key. I had hoped to receive my order by now, and I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding its status.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. I’ve got an email to stay actually two days ago to say that my product will be on their way. I checked it and it’s still not on the way apparently it’s been picked up in an airport so what they’re telling me is it’s coming from China so do I really want it?

As we recommend, waiting just 5–10 minutes is usually enough to achieve the perfect texture! Additionally, our milk maker has a 600ml capacity.

We’re also sorry to hear that the milk wasn’t quite what you imagined. Sometimes, it takes a little practice to find the best recipe and ingredient combination to suit your taste.

The milk maker is out of stock and no refund is given

I paid for this item on the 18th December and haven't received it 3 weeks later, there's nothing on their website to say they're out of stock. I've asked for a refund 3 times but they keep sending me emails about a being out of stock and I'll get my delivery from the 5th January, it's still not arrived. They even sent me an email for a review of a product I've never received. I've asked for a delivery date several times and am never given one, just that 'they're' expecting it to arrive on the 5th January, it's now the 8th. I'm asking for a refund of the product that never appeared. I'm very sorry to have had this experience.

Found this product is selling for under £30 by other companies

I followed the oat milk recipe but realised this product actually heats up the liquid which is not how you are supposed to make oat milk. This was what I wanted it for so as far as i am concerned it is not fit for purpose. I contacted them to find out about a refund and got one response then nothing else. I have since found this product being sold in various forms with (apparently) other companies for less than £30. This only highlights to me that there is something not quite trustworthy about either the company and/or the product.

the company are great however I've had…

the company are great however I've had this for a few weeks now and made around 6 rounds of oat milk. the result is very slimy and separates. you also end up with bits at the bottom. i've tried adding nuts and agave for better flavour. i just cant seem to like the results.
so no i wouldnt recommend this product

Product never arrived

Product never arrived. Promised refund has not arrived. I raised a charge back with my bank, They told me I had to cancel the charge back for them to be able to refund. If that happens to you - ignore the request as you can't request another chargeback for the same transaction. Their Website displays a 5 star Trust Pilot rating which is clearly not the case.

That said, we are always open to genuine feedback and constructive criticism. We’re not perfect, mistakes can happen, but after reviewing the conversation with our customer service team, we noticed a few key points that we’d like to clarify.

You were promptly informed about the delay in your shipping after your first email, including the reason for the delay and the updated delivery date. However, instead of allowing us the time to cancel your order as you requested, you immediately raised a case with your bank. This action caused the bank to lock the funds, meaning that even if we issued a refund, the money would not have been released until the case was resolved.

The only way to process the refund without additional complications was to ask you to withdraw the chargeback. This would have allowed us to issue the refund without incurring the high fees associated with a chargeback. Despite this, and to avoid further delays, we agreed to pay the extra fee and issued a full refund to you.

Given these circumstances, it’s difficult for us to understand the reasoning behind your review, which implies that we attempted to scam you. While we never expected a 5-star review if our service did not meet your expectations, we feel your review was unnecessary and does not accurately reflect the reality of the situation.

The product never arrived because you chose to cancel your order before it was shipped, and the refund was successfully processed, since we immediately closed the chargeback in your favor.

Just don't buy it

After waiting quite some time my item arrived. Unfortunately upon first use which took some time due to lack of instructions, I was ready to clean the device. The device has a self cleaning feature, following the instructions I filled the device to the required liquid and set off the cleaning process. Unfortunately as the leaning process was running it started to bubble boiling hot water out of the top vent this water went down the back of the device onto the surface it was set up and all over the plug it will swimming in water. I had to grab the kitchen towels and put them over the hole to stop by the water pouring out I scalded myself in the process and do not want the item. I contacted company and they have suggested that it is not a fault with the machine and that I should rather than have a refund for an item that I cannot use they want me to pay shipping and they are going to find an influencer in the UK that would like to try the item for free and I am required to send it to them at my own cost. Hopefully as I opened a case with PayPal this will be resolved but I would not recommend it to anyone who needs the machine to do what it says I think it is quite expensive and just a mimic of milky plant.

Crooks

Crooks. Ordered one online for a Christmas present. Not cheap. A week later was informed they were out of stock, waiting for a shipment, wouldn’t arrive until late January. Requested a refund. Therein started a series of pseudo sincere emails offering various discounts. In short, refused to cancel the order. Said the best they could do was offer me 20% back. Avoid this company.

Never arrived

I purchased the machine on November 4th. The estimated time for arrival was 2-7 Business Days. It has now been 25 days and it has not arrived, despite the many emails I have sent chasing this. The reply is always the same: "we're so sorry, we're doing everything we can". I have now requested 3 times to cancel the order and refund me, and they literally just ignore my emails. There are numerous other machines like this one out there - just don't try to buy this one.
