I bought a personalised cardigan for my great nephew on the recommendation of a friend who had previously bought from them. I'm glad my friend recommended them as the product was absolutely beautiful & well made. The only little gripe I had was it took a while to come but after an email & the explanation that they were super busy I understood

Very disappointing experience – terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with Millie & Ralph. This was my second order from them, and unfortunately, the experience has been terrible.

My parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I have been emailing them back and forth for the last 2–3 days, explaining the situation repeatedly, but instead of actually resolving the issue, I have been asked to provide information and investigate the communal lockers myself.

I am 36 weeks pregnant, and I simply do not have the time or energy to spend days chasing a parcel that I never received.

My first order was delivered directly to my door by Royal Mail and I had a good experience, which is why I decided to order from them again. After this experience, I definitely will not be ordering from Millie & Ralph again, and I would not recommend them based on the way this issue has been handled.
