Will never order from here again. Placed my order and was supposed to arrive within 1 month. 4 months later (and only 1 email response to my multiple inquiries) the bag finally arrives. Two months of use and the handle has broken and I cannot get in touch with ANYONE at the company to send replacement parts or help. For the price of the bags and how they talk about the high quality, I’m just not seeing it at all. Super disappointed.

The quality is good though it took me a month to wait. I luv the bag very much! Will recommend friends to buy bags on your website !

I had a very poor purchase experience . It took 8 weeks for the order to ship and get delivered . But that would not have been a huge issue if Mirta can keep me informed or respond to my inquiries about the status . I sent 4 (maybe 5) inquiries to follow up after I got the first response saying that the order was delayed and not a single word from Mirta during that whole month . It was very disappointing customer experience and i almost gave up after looking online that email was the only way to contact Mirta . When i finally received the order shipment notification email , it did get delivered in about 4 days. But I felt like I no longer cared . I never got any explanation from Mirta about the lack of response . I would not buy again !

I received a faulty bag after three months waiting. When I opened the box and saw a very obvious mark on the bag, it made me feel disappointed and very upset.
The Mirta should’ve done inspection on the handmade bag before it is dispatched to the customer

The quality of the piece is great! The delivery time takes too long!

I have many issues with Mirta.
1) It took over two months to get my order. I realize the bag is handmade, but this bag is not a Burkin or a Kelly. It should take that long to make.
2) The detachable shoulder strap needed to be better made when I got the bag; the adjustable strap is not flat against itself because the holes are placed incorrectly.
3) When something is handmade, customers expect the leather to be cut correctly and inspected to ensure everything looks good.
4) I emailed customer service. I am still waiting to receive a response.

I purchased two bags from Mirta and am not happy with any of the purchases. I will not be making any more online purchases from this company again.

Followed up my orders due to delay and keep me informed when hand-crafted handbags are ready for dispatched. Goods were received in great conditions with quick international delivery.

I love the design and quality of the bag. Though it took a long time to make but it was worth the wait
