I had to give it a 4 stars because it took my purse almost 3 months (short of a few days) to arrive.

Customer service doesn’t reply to email requests . The link on their website to start a return no longer works & despite an auto reply saying they will get back within 2 business days it didn’t happen. Yet they can send an email asking for a review

Excellent service, communication and most of all a fantastic quality bag, which has exceeded my expectations. I will order more bags in the future.

I had the most wonderful experience with Mitra, and their customer services was some of the best I have ever experienced until... I received the product and had a slight size issue. I was immediately ghosted, and all my emails were suddenly ignored. I am STUNNED by their lack of communication as they were so fantastic before my one minor issue. It is quite unfortunate as I thought their product was exceptional; however, that really doesn't matter if it doesn't fit properly. Buyer, beware and I would advise you to find another site to purchase from.
