Activity OK, sleep tracking useless
Activity tracking is fine, no problems, although it has an annoying habit of buzzing to remind me to move just after I have in fact moved. But its sleep tracking is total rubbish. It randomly says I've been awake half the night, when I've been asleep; or it says I've been asleep all night when in fact I've got up, used the bathroom, walked downstairs to get a glass of water, etc. It is unable to map a period of sleep, followed by a period of wakefulness and another period of sleep: if it thinks you've woken up, that's it - it can't recognise the fact that you've later in the same night gone back to sleep. And its 'edit sleep' function is too crude to allow this to be corrected.
Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service; they don’t listen, take an age to respond and pass the buck. Avoid at all costs. Can’t believe that they are based in SF. They are stuck in the dark ages of customer service.

A definitely no trustable Company in my personal opinion.
I bought a watch Phase Misfit 2 years ago and I regret it.
I had several issues of connectivity with it and mainly a very fragile glass and strap. I have broken the glass and the strap twice, and the last time I couldn't repair it due to the lack of spare parts. I couldn't even buy a new strap. It ended up in the bin!
Such a waste of money!

Purchased the Swarovski Shine fitness…
Purchased the Swarovski Shine fitness tracker back in October 2018. It works fine and I really like it. The only problem is that I want a replacement silicone band for it and cannot get a branded one anywhere. The Misfit.com website has them but they are all out of stock. I contacted the UK support number (+44 2038 685 988) spoke to someone and complained. Their advice was to buy one off Amazon, I pointed out Amazon do not have branded items and they said just to buy any one off Amazon! I have done that in the past but the tracker just fell out of it. Placed a formal complaint asking for a call back or email, but since I’ve submitted 2 customer query forms in the past with no response I’m not holding out any hope of getting a response. Customer Service is appalling, would not recommend, but I have found the product to work well which is a shame.
Terrible product 3 of 3 bad, poor customer service
Terrible product of the three that I have had (I'm a slow learner) The first one kept falling out of it's band so I used duck tape to keep it in which helped. Upgraded to the misfit smart watch, I bought 2 on sale the first one's crystal cracked in my pocket, didn't hit anything or do anything that would have caused. It was winter so maybe the cold? It happened after 14 weeks. The 2nd watch also got a cracked crystal while setting on my dresser. Both had very light use. Called customer service on the one within 90 days they said they would fix it at no cost to me. They sent it back 8 weeks later unfix wanting $30 dollar to fix a watch that has a manufacturing defect and less than 12 week old.
BEWARE: Misfit do not warranty their own products!!!
I purchased a MISFIT Ray for my wife on 24th September 2018, it worked fine for a few months then starting losing connectivity, finally i contacted Misfit Customer Services in January and they advised me to purchase new batteries. I did this at a cost of £10, again worked for a few weeks then same problem, reinstalled the app no progress until it finally stopped altogether in March. I again contacted Customer Services, who were very slow in responding, i had to chase them on numerous occasions, some 15+emails later i got a response saying the product was faulty, they couldn't replace it and i could have a credit against other MISFIT products. I said this was unacceptable, i wanted a full refund as under The Consumer Rights Act this was what i was entitled to as they said it was faulty, didn't offer to repair it and couldn't replace it, all within 6 months of purchase. My next contact came from EVE at the FOSSIL Group ( strange as i was dealing with EVE from MISFIT ), after 3 emails swerving around the issue told me the warranty was with them as they were the manufacturer not MISFIT and as such all they had to offer me was a Credit Note???? They informed me as they weren't the Retailer the Consumer Rights Act doesn't apply to them!! Basically this seems a dodge to avoid doing the decent thing with a faulty product. I will now ring MISFIT directly as they are obviously connected companies. This is disgraceful behaviour, obviously set up to avoid their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act. I am also going to contact Trading Standards as this seems extremely dodgy to me.
Misfit tell lies....
Purchased a Misfit Path back in November 2018. I received no confirmation email for the order and after 1 week I reordered the item only to have a confirmation email a few days later to the first order. I attempted to cancel the second order by email, and by phone which attracted international calling rates. Nobody understood what I was asking, it’s like cancel is not in their vocabulary. Anyway, they sent the second watch and billed me twice. Upon complaint they promised a refund.... that was 4 weeks ago. This company is pathetic, untrustworthy, and customer service is non-existent. If I lived in the US I’d sue the living heck out of them.
Ray failed within weeks and customer service is terrible
Although my Ray was delivered promptly and worked well for the first few weeks it suddenly stopped syncing. No lights cane on at all ahd the battery did not show as flat. I kept trying and in the end decided to change the batteries as advised by the customer service people who replied quickly to emails and were courteous and helpful. However the battery delivery took weeks.. none in the shops, empty packet arrived so then they had to send again. This wasn’t Misfit as they were out of stock of batteries. New batteries in and it synced and worked for about an hour. Then nothing. No lights no syncing. I emailed and was passed into another team. It seems the first lots of enquiries were dealt with by the international team. This time I was told i need another one but they don’t have one so I can have a voucher. I paid £23.99 for mine and wanted the simplicity.. I already have a swimming watch that I like. They have no stock in the Rays or the other cheaper trackers and the next price range is over £100. A refund is the absolute least I would accept and they are currently refusing to reply to my emails saying that I do not accept the voucher as recompense.
A shame as I liked the Ray but it’s no good if it doesn’t work. I’d also happily use Misfut again despite the product not working If the customer service was good. So they have failed on both counts and I won’t use them or recommend them again.

Ordered twice and CANCELLED TWICE! Received email that order was processed and then the next day an email that it was CANCELLED! Thought this last time would be an ok order and now, just received and email that it was CANCELLED!

Online shop system flawed.
Ordered 3 Misfit Rays on anniversary promotion. All listed as in stock, and order was accepted.
I then kept checking the status of order, it showed as processing with items still in stock. 6 days later checked order status again still showed a processing but items now 'out of stock'. I have emailed the help centre (there is no UK call centre) to ask it the order is going to be honored, or more stock to come in but I have head nothing back.
They have also taken payment from my paypal account for the items. I will await if I get them, or refunded,
terrible customer service
ordered it, it broke within a week. Customer service said they would replace it but the model i ordered wasnt in stock. They gave me other colour options which i didnt want but I selected one of them. They then said it would take 30 days to be delivered. I said no I want a refund. Then they said they would do it. And then they just stopped replying to me!!!! It has been over a week and no reply, I also tweeted them.

Received my order today of detox foot…
Received my order today of detox foot pads, l should of read the reviews prior to ordering as I would not of ordered. I have read these pads are a scam and do not work as once the pads are wet all kind of black / green stuff is released. So when you attach them to your feet and your feet sweat, the ingredients become wet and you think it’s toxins from your feet but it is not. It is the ingredients and the moisture together that make the black/ green stuff.
I have just wasted 6.99 as the company have refused me a refund , even though I have not opened the packaging. Any good company would give a refund if a customer is not happy.

I purchased a Misfit Shine December 2017. After 5 months, the battery needed replacing. Ok. I knew that battery life would be about that. Inserted a new battery and the unit wouldn't work. 2 new batteries later, it still wouldn't work. Misfit couldn't figure out what was wrong with troubleshooting so they replaced it with a Shine 2 which is an upgraded model. I was happy. Band design and features were better. Yesterday, it stopped working. Battery indicator the night before wS high and it had synced 12 hours before and was alerting me of texts an hour before ceasing to work.
I love the design, but I am very disappointed and still pending a response to my email to Misfit about the situation.

Awful customer service they take days to reply to you and have no empathy dont buy unless you are sure you never have to deal with there customer service team. Very bad

I ordered my Misfit which took over a week to arrive with no update when it did. I had to contact them to find out to if it had been sent, otherwise I would never have known where to pick it up.
Within a month, it stopped working. I emailed Misfit and after many days of messages back and forth, they told me they couldn't send me a new one of the same colour I had ordered as it was out of stock. However, I checked their website and it was in stock. I replied telling them this and that I would just like a replacement. It has been 4 days and I have had no response.
If you're going to but a Misfit, DO NOT buy directly from the company but from a reliable store instead.

The Ray I ordered was shipped and received in a week -as they said it would be. It wouldn’t sync after about 3 weeks. Tried new batteries that lasted less than 48 hours. Every time I contacted Misfit ,they replied within 24 hours. I was sent a new Ray which arrived in less than a week,and so far is still working. I have the stainless one,and really like the look of it. I wear it all the time.So far I am satisfied with the customer service. And hoping this Ray lasts longer.

Had a fault with my Ray which I reported in. Took over a week to establish I did know what I was talking about and yes it was faulty. Painfully slow to get anywhere. Was offered a replacement out of what they had left in stock which pretty much were the colours no-one wants.
I then stupidly made the mistake of ordering an accessory off them. Online system showed it "processing" for 4 + days. Emailed in twice asking for it to be cancelled as it wouldn't arrive in time. No replies and magically they decided to mail it out today.
Don't bother with them.
Terrible customer service
I am hugely disappointed in the level of service I have been provided by misfit. Firstly I was sent an email stating the watch would be dispatched on 31st October, After chasing several time (sent more than 5 emails waiting for a response) It was eventually shipped a week later. The customer support is terrible and they never get back to you.
It was then shipped with an incomplete address so UPS could not deliver which delayed delivery even further. A fortnight later I receive the watch and to my disappointment it arrived defective.
I started setting up the watch and within the space of an hour it froze 5/6 times. The battery drained within the first hour so I put it on charge. It then continued to freeze every few mins even when on charge. So I factory reset several times and it is just making the situation worse. I have also tried connecting to my iPhone (originally connected on android) and the freezing/crashing issue keeps happening every few mins on both platforms. I have tried several different options (airplane mode on/off, wifi on/off, Bluetooth on/off) and nothing seems to effect it. I have ensured that the software is up to date.
Every time it crashes I am having to hold down the power button to reset as it stays on the frozen screen until the battery is dead. As it stands I am currently not even able to charge it as when I try to it simply crashes on the battery icon and does not charge any further
I have had enough and am asking for a refund, lets see how long they take to issue me a refund. Do not deal with this company they make ebay scammers look good!! Worst customer experience I have received in my life
