friendly and helpful on a thirty five year old shawmil they always have the parts I need. Mobile dimensional sawmills can do things that other saw mill can't do. Oh and yes, I do have band Saw Mills.

I have always had good experiences with things ordered, lightning fast shipping, reasonable pricing and quality products. I was more than a little disappointed to order 2 complete sets of teeth for my mill only to receive them and find out that they need to be sharpened before use. IF I had the ability to sharpen the teeth I already have I would not have ordered new. I expected new sharp teeth from a new purchase. My bad. I will certainly order more and continue to enjoy the mill but this was disappointing.

The person was very helpful with what I needed to buy. I appreciated the time that was given me to find
what the part I needed.

The only thing that I am not sure about is all the emails that I got after I ordered. Some saying that my order didn’t go through, then another saying that it did. This happened several times, leaving me to wonder if it truly did or not.
Enjoyed talking to Joanna and she was very good to order through. Other than the emails it was a good experience.
