I have operated a model 127 Mobile Dimension saw for many years on my forest homestead. I can mill all the building lumber I would ever need from trees on my own land.

As with any machine, sometimes things break. Under the previous ownership, replacement part stock was running low and orders were filled on the phone after they dug through their existing parts stock.

Under the new owners, they have a good supply and have modernized the product ordering system online. Prices are a bit high and shipping is silly expensive and way more what it costs to actually ship. This was my 3rd or 4th parts order under the new owners.

My first phone call under new owners (a couple years ago now) had the man request my saw serial number and rambling about having a warrant issued for my arrest if he found out my saw was stolen. Uhhhhh...What?!

On a saw-tooth order last year, some of the teeth were very poor quality and I requested replacements. After some back & forth emails and photographs of the defective products, I did receive replacements. They need a little customer service expertise here.

All in all, I'm glad they are up and running again and I hope they work out the little kinks along the way. America needs another strong, competitive business manufacturing and selling the iconic Mobile Dimension brand right here in the US.

The ordering process was easy and convenient. I found it a little confusing when I purchased it said they were back ordered. But then they were still sent rather quickly. Maybe I just missed something when placing the order explaining that.
