Still waiting on my refund.
Still waiting on my refund to be processed, part was faulty.... told them it was faulty, said i had to fault find with the manufacturer, I said no i don't. That's not the case bylaw.
Put up a couple of reviews and a Instagram post, got an immediate response with prepaid postage. Now they have stopped communicating again. Poor customer service. Will be sending all the info into the ACCC for investigation.
PS....Wanted my reviews changed for my refund. I said i would say that they made good on the refund but that the product was faulty.... zero response.

In this case, the initial assessment required the item to be returned so it could be inspected before a refund or replacement could be processed.
Issues reported with OBD devices are often related to vehicle-side connection faults rather than the adapter itself, which is why return and inspection is required to properly determine the cause.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and assessed in line with our returns policy.

Depuis ma commande on a ma demandé 103€ supplémentaire d’expédition (après avoir déjà payé 98€ de frais d’expédition) enyiste plus de nouvelles pendant 10jours pour un colis sensé être reçu dans les 5 jours en envoi international.
Nouvelle surprise en France encore 98€ de frais demandé par ups pour un total de presque 300€ d’expédition contrairement au 98€ de base pré calculé.
Plus de nouvelles de service commercial depuis que j’ai demandé si tout cela leur paraissait logique.
Pour bien finir l’expérience en beauté je déballe ma commande aujourd’hui et je trouve une partie de la pièce commandée pliée et parfaitement emballé dans un colis en parfait état. J’en déduis que leur contrôle qualité a fait le choix d’expédier la pièce directement endommagé en espérant qu’à l’autre bout du monde la plainte serait moins gênante….
Déçu au plus au point. J’attend un retour de leurs parts pour voir ce qu’ils seront capables de faire avant de modifier mon avis…

Dishonest. Dismissive. Disrespectful.
Dishonest, dismissive, disrespectful. I purchased over 2k worth of parts from MODE and one of the parts in particular was missing a number of hardware fittings. These were specialty fittings and rendered the intake (and my car) inoperable without them. I sent images and explained the issue, and was essentially told 'it was not their responsibility that I didn't know how to work on my own car' and to 'go buy the missing parts from any hardware store'.
The missing parts in question amounted to about $8, but it was the principle.
With further research I have since learned their products are simply Ali Express items that they pay to have branded with their logo. MODE don't do any development or testing, they are just a drop shipper.
Either skip the middle man and go direct to A.EX or go to someone who knows what they're doing and cares about their customers.

The intake hardware is supplied as a complete kit, including the required fittings. In cases where items are reported as missing, we always review the supplied packaging and contents to confirm whether all components were included at the time of dispatch.
Where additional fittings are required or appear to be missing, we assess this against the kit contents to determine the correct resolution, which may include replacement of any missing hardware where applicable.
We do not advise customers to source specific kit components externally, as all required parts for installation are intended to be supplied in the box.

Feel like I have been scammed
This has been an absolute joke have supplied all required info of my vehicle have sent multiple emails regarding and have received very very poor service my order dates back to 21/09/2024 has taken ages just to get a simple gasket which OK Ill live BTW still haven't received but then the poor fitment of the exhaust or more the poor quality of the exhaust clamps supplied which have emailed regarding the issue no response even the exhaust tips supplied don't fit as there too large and then the registration code for bootmod3 have emailed multiple times and still haven't received so pretty much I want what I have paid for which was just under 10K in total so yea pretty dam annoyed

I ordered a tune bundle on the 31 December 2024, so far I didn’t receive no answers back on my emails I sent , they took my money and never gave me an update of what’s going on with my order , it’s very poor communication, am not happy at all , I need my tune bundle as soon as possible ! After 1 hour from this review I got answer back from Mode , thanks Mode , am happy now 👍, am still waiting on my OBD wifi adapter as well , can I please know when am getting that tool please ?
