I love ❤️ it it’s easy to carry and used. I tried it to vaccum my lounge chair and all my stuffs at home. I’ll recommend this dust vaccum to all my families , relatives and friends they won’t regret it I really ❤️ it and thank you Aussie Modern.

I ordered some Solar Lights for the garden and they were so good that I went back to order some more. I was sent solar lights but unfortunately they were not the same shape as the first order. After contactng Modern Aussies the problem was quickly sorted. The people from Modern Aussies were kind and courteous and very quick to respond. They were amazing in getting the situation sorted.

I have made a few purchases from Modern Aussies and am usually happy with the products received.
On one occasion I was unhappy with an item as it was not suitable for my personal use.
I found it easy to contact Modern Aussies via email from their webpage expressing mt concerns. I received a reply within 24 hours which unfortunately still did not resolve my issue however after a couple of back and forth emails my issues were resolved and I am extremely happy with the outcome.
I found communication with Modern Aussies extremely easy and their team responded quickly and professionally.

I recommend Modern Aussies to anyone who is looking to purchase products from them.

Quality of trousers was excellent & selection of secure usable pockets is very well designed.Being a taller person one might be wise to go up a size & Customer service was First Class when I requested a possible size change & I would not hesitate to buy from Modern Aussies again.

I purchased 3 pairs of barefoot shoes which I absolutely love but are one size too big, the staff were awesome in helping me resolve this and are sending me the correct size at no extra cost, super grateful and highly recommend!

I bought Non-Slip barefoot shoes and couldn’t believe until I’ve tried it ..it’s unbelievable so comfortable I’ve tried it on the beach and rocks so amazing couldn’t feel any pain or discomfort I’m so happy with the product and I’m planning to get a second pair but different colours and also I will buy one for my partner highly recommended *******

Please do not consider this website for anything. Shipping was more than 2 weeks. I purchased 2 floral bustier dresses and only received 1. The sizing guide is not accurate on the website, I ordered size XL and it fit my size M friend. The fabric was so thin with no lining and I realised it did not even come with the ribbon to tighten the dress on the back. I wanted a full refund but the constant back and forth with what they call "customer service" was not worth my time and just asked for a half refund for the dress I did not receive. Refund took another 2 weeks and they did not send me a confirmation email or invoice for proof. I will save you from the grief, do not look back to this website. I should have done better research because I'm now seeing all the typos and their suspicious "about page" on the website. Do not believe the reviews, this websites needs to be shut down, it is not an Australian website.

I purchased the On the Go Key charger from Modern Aussies. It is a terrific product and lightweight which is perfect. Very handy for travelling but lots of people will probably use it every day too. The company is wonderful to deal with and postage was quick. Definitely recommend buying this charger. 5 STARS!

Amazing quality bag, really pleased with it. Ideal for travelling, going for a walk or to a festival. Customer service is exceptional. I definitely recommend this Oz company and their product.

There was a hitch on delivery but after I contacted them, they went out of their way to ensure my shoes arrived. I walked the Kokoda Challenge prep 12 km and the shoes were great. Very happy.

It has now been over 1 month since I ordered my product. The product states it is still in the USA. I don’t understand how this is possible noting the pure name of the company. It all seems to be a lie.
Apparently my product was delivered to my office, however was rejected because it was attempted to be delivered on a weekend when no one was there. I requested that it be resent to my business address and this still has not been executed over 1 week later. The tracking still states my product is in New Jersey so who the hell knows if I will ever receive it.

My order took nearly 2 months to arrive, each time I followed up was told it's in transit or how to track delivery.
Order finally arrived, was a fragile item but wasn't packed well or marked fragile so it arrive completely damaged and unusable. Plus half order was missing.
I asked for a refund... sent photos etc bit they have a NO REFUND policy.
Shipped replacement, but I'm sure it won't be packed correctly and it'll arrive broken and we'll continue on the hampster wheel.
Do not order from modern aussies, if ever any issues, damaged goods, etc they will not refund you - ever!

Ordered something for my partner express shipping as we wanted it asap, took 6 days to even send it (so they tell me) then sent it standard post. The product took over 16 days to arrive from ordered date Sydney to Adelaide (Aus Post states 1-3 for express and 3-6 standard post) we attempted to return unopened for a refund as the product was no longer required which they refused. It was an absolute waste of time and they were no help along the way, would have to be the worst online ordering experience I've had.

Also unable to review on their website (I suspect why they have 5 star reviews only)

Communication was constant on update of order..Delivered within the time frame they said..I'm very happy with the product I purchased and can recommend this company for their service..I will be purchasing from them again...
