Alles in Allem also prima.

We received the couples PJ silk set as a Wedding gift, sizes were not correct so contacted to exchange for correct size. What should have been a very simple commercial exchange, has become a drawn out complicated process over several months, we still have not received any replacement sizes and customer service is ABYSMAL. This all makes a lot more sense now after reading the below review- 18th Sept 2023. This was obviously gifted to us, however this exchange would put me off ever ordering from them directly or recommending. I would do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, plenty of other beautiful silk provider alternatives out there.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I was searching for 100% silk sleeping bonnet came across site and placed order. Sadly I didn’t not read reviews on this company or items BEFORE PLACING ORDER! this company has many negative reviews on Amazon and on several other platforms

For starting a their silk items are advertised as 100% mulberry silk. This is not true it is a silk blend mixed with a nylon polyester Mattel. That is not what genuine 100 mulberry silk is. Real silk when you hold a thread to a flame turns to ash and will not hold a flame. This holds a flame and material will curl and ball up. The tried and true test of real silk for artificial silk. So most importantly this is false advertising

Second this company is a china based company. All fake silk products are made and shipped direct from china to you. I did not know this nor care for this because it leads me to my second point

THERE IS NO CUATOMER SERVICE. I have emailed and sent chat messages over 10 in total with no reply to anything. After reading all negative reviews on actual product being a lie to no customer care. I immediately asked for my order to be canceled and refunded

What did they do NO REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES AND SHIPPED THE ORDER. The order of fake silk bonnets. Lol this is why I don’t like buying items fro
China. They are almost always falsely advertised lying to customer with no customer care

I will be taking up with my social media platforms, all review sites, my payment source and possible to report them to dept of online merchantile affairs which handles laws pertaining to selling online

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMONAY

I'm extremely disappointed with their service. I never received my shipping and therefore tried reaching out to customer service multiple times without receiving a reply. Can't recommend buying there.

I purchased silk sheets sets on December 3rd 2022 as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I have not received it as yet and today is December 19th. There is no customer support phone number only an email address. That is not acceptable. I will not buy from this company again.

Great communication and A* customer service 👏 😊✨️
I have made x3 purchases of 22momme silk pillowcases for myself and a further x2 purchases for my daughter and niece of silk pillowcases also. I can confirm they are indeed of beautiful quality. My 1st time ever using silk pillowcases and honestly I'll never be able to go back to cotton again. I have tested a strand with fire 🔥 and the burn was just like human hair being singed and turns to Ash. You can also tell its real silk by looking at the pillowcases in different lights and the beautiful soft feeling of the silk. They don't slip either. I have 100% down pillows and they fit the pillowcases perfectly. I absolutely love love love them ❤️🙌😊 They are made very well indeed. I bought the zippered ones and find no fault whatsoever. I will defo be getting more in different colours for myself and more for my other daughter and nieces for Christmas. They are exceptional value for money compared to other companies prices for the exact same product. I really can't rave about them enough. If you are hesitant then don't be as they truly are perfect. I did a lot of research into silk pillowcases before buying from mommesilk and I'm delighted I found them and went ahead with my orders. Thank you Mommesilk for selling such a good quality product at unbeatable prices.
love Jacqueline ✨️💚✨️

Good quality real silk, passed the burn test. I ordered a pajama set and was in doubt whether it was really 'real' silk as the package declared 'polyester'. I don't know if it was to avoid higher taxes but it set me off. So I did the burn test. I found the place on the pajama where two fabrics were sown together and had some threads loose, I cut them and burnt them. They didn't burn when the flame was removed, they smelled like human hair on fire and didn't melt into a mush as polyester does but crumbled into pile of ashes. Well done, Mommesilk! I only give 4 stars and not 5 as the pajama pilled slightly after the 1 wash and I handwashed it myself with the special silk detergent. The pilling is minimal though and only visible on dark fabric. It's worth the money and I am ordering pillow cases.

Mommesilk made a custom-sized order for us that fit our duvet cover perfectly and arrived in less than a week!

Product quality is excellent, but I ordered the wrong size. Some confusion and miscommunication initially regarding the return process. Customer Service corrected their error, and they were accommodating to rectify the exchange.

I received my 'Silk' sleep cap via Amazon and I am very suspicious as the fabric looks and feels like satin. Silk doesn't leave tough creases plus silk is soft to touch with no sound when you rub your hands against it. This is the second time I've ordered this and I was sceptical then but I'm more concerned now as I paid £19.99 for something that resembles satin.

Not happy. No care label in the product, no material composition only one small label with the name Mommesilk. Just read a review from someone here and they confirmed their supposed silk item was polyester from China 😞

Ordered silk pillowcases and a silk turban in the sale and got a free silk scrunchie. Very happy with the quality, real silk and packaged really well. Was also very happy with customer service, they were really quick and helpful as had an issue with the courier. Would buy from them again.

I ordered two envelope pillowcases. Good quality and well made.
Colour bright coffee was nice, the only thing was they took longer than expected to arrive, and the presentation boxes the cases came in were damaged, so could not give as a gift.
The label states 100% silk, they feel like silk but they don’t have the smell of silk like my other pillowcases have. Overall good value for money.

Merci

Mommesilk comforters are really comfortable and great quality! We enjoy them and continue having them all the time!
