We are a first time buyer with little or no knowledge on process of buying a home. And to our greatest luck we got mortgage bureau as our advisor which has been a wonderful blessing to us. Our mortage advisor was extremely helpful in guiding us through the initial process. They helped us to have more confidence in our own budget, advised us on home and life insurance and all implications, and ultimately found a interest rate that was better than we could find on the open market. The online meeting made everything straight forward.

The subsequent support from the team at the Mortgage Bureau was fantastic - providing regular updates by phone call and email, even when there was no real news, made us a lot less anxious. And when the lender had unintentionally missed part of the application, our assigned staff member chased them to get this reviewed urgently.
