I Purchased the Flight Line B25 1600mm warbird from Motion RC. The build quality on these Flight Lines are superior to any other foam models I have. I damaged on of the flap servo horns making adjustments during setup. Motion sent me a replacement, plus a spare no questions asked. Phenomenal customer service.

The only complaint I have is their request for a video showing the component failure I encountered. This is an inconvenient and time-consuming step to have to go through in order to get a refund on an inexpensive part -- especially when the customer has been doing business with MRC for years without any significant refunds requested. Where's the trust in a long-time customer?

Now, if this had been a problem that could potentially be resolved by watching a video, I could understand it -- it wasn't. Or, perhaps if it was a very expensive part, I could understand the need for evidence. For a $20 refund for a good customer, though, this need for a video is out of line.

Ordered a 64mm F-22. Turns out the right wing serve was bad. Motion shipped a new one the next day. Excellent customer service who has always helped over the years.
