It took a month to receive my items due to not being in stocks when I ordered them although I didn't know this at the time of purchasing. Had to make two phone calls to find out this myself and when they had been dispatched! Happy with my purchase but communication could of been better from them via email to inform me of this!

Excellent service. My order was out of stock when I ordered it but I received an email straight away informing me when new stock was arriving. I received my order within two days of this date. It's always nice to be kept informed something that not all companies seem to appreciate.

Fantastic service!
My mower moved on my trailer and suffered some minor damage to the control levers. Dan & Mat quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it for me on the spot! Fantastic service! I buy all my kit from Congleton Garden Machinery, and service like this is why! Thanks guys.

I purchased an Echo hedge trimmer…
I purchased an Echo hedge trimmer easily the best price available at the time of purchase. An email was sent confirming the order would be processed once payment was confirmed. Two days later the trimmer was delivered. On opening the box I discovered the blade protector was damaged because it had been forced over the two bolts near the motor. I can only imagine this happened because the box had been stood on it's end during delivery which I saw in the van. I took a photo and sent it to Mowers plus to request a new cover. Towards the end of the week I called to follow it up and was advised they had received the request and were working on it and someone called me back to confirm the details. I appreciate they were busy and since the item was most likely damaged in transit, I see no reason to knock any points off when the original order was processed so well. I trust that had it been something more serious, they would have acted faster.
I had seen some low star reviews but felt the positive ones were by far in the majority and more reflective of their operation and am pleased I made the correct judgement to buy from them.

Pretty rubbish ordered item told I would receive it next day didn’t receive item, contacted them five time over a ten day period still no item just excuse after excuse then stopped returning my calls (mechanic is to busy or is dealing with other customers he will ring you back) total let down considering item was a replacement for product brought from them in the first place, avoid them like the plague

Please accept that we won’t have intentionally given you incorrect information about next day delivery but understand the frustration if your item doesn’t arrive when you expect. If items are in-stock they are shipped out the same day, in most instances for the customer to receive them the next day. Our stock system occasionally has discrepancies which may have affected your order. We are making investments to continuously improve that. We are also monitoring courier delivery timings to ensure they’re meeting delivery commitments, which may have impacted your order.
We have experienced a much higher than usual volume of calls in and out, phone connectivity issues, and industry-wide supply issues recently that may have impacted the service we provided you. We are working hard to recruit new team members and resolve connection issues, which we believe is now sorted. We do ask customers not to repeatedly call us about the same query if we’ve told them that we will call as soon as we have an update, as this only slows things down for everyone.

Stihl GTA26
I waited a while for this, as it was out of stock, and then a further 2 delays. However it eventually turned uplate January. Today has been the first time Iv'e had chance to use it. It's absolutely brilliant, Easy to used, well balanced. Don't know how long the battery lasts but may be worth getting a spare if intending to prune a lot in one go. Can also recommend Mowersplus as they kept me imformed all the way.

The STIHL GTA 26 has been a phenomenal product. There have been delays in getting the items out to customers due to the high demand and STIHL being unable to keep up with orders.
We have received only really positive feedback about the small STIHL handheld pruner. We do sell extra batteries, chains and holsters. If you do require any in the future please do not hesitate to contact us.

poor customer service
Bought and paid for a honda mower online only to find once paid it was out of stock. Not once did they contact me with any up date. They did not respond to any of my emails. After four weeks of this, I cancelled my order. They have no customer service. I ordered the mower from another honda dealer and it arrived the next day. Would never use mower plus again

Thank you very much for your recent purchase. We have taken your feedback on board and are looking at putting improvements in place where we can.
With our website currently listing over 700,000 parts, accessories, attachments and machines, it is not possible for us to hold all of these in-stock. However, we do take deliveries from our suppliers daily and many items that aren’t stocked in our warehouse are still shipped out to our customers within 24hrs, with next day delivery.
These are unprecedented times and unfortunately some suppliers like Honda are experiencing uncharacteristic delays in shipping products to CGM, with a knock-on effect for end -users.
Once a customer places an order on our web site, they receive an e-mail notification confirming that the order and payment have been received. We process the order quickly and share an initial stock update and estimated delivery lead-time.
We invest a lot of time into customer care and did exchange various messages with you beyond that, keeping you informed of the ETA along the way. If customers find that the lead-time becomes too long, the order can be cancelled at any moment and a full refund is issued quickly, as it was in this instance.
We understand your frustration with the longer than usual lead-times but hope that you would try us again in future.

Poor after sales.
I purchased a Stihl imow from Mowersplus of which I have to say I am very happy with. However, I am not happy with the after sales support from Mowersplus. I needed assistance in setting up the app that controls the mower but unfortunately did not receive any responses from any of the emails I sent to both the sales or servicing departments. However, I do remember getting a very speedy response when I first enquired about purchasing the mower. In the end I went direct to Stihl who apologised for the poor customer service I had experienced from Mowersplus and solved my issue almost immediately.

Thank You very much for your recent purchase of the STIHL iMow Robotic Mower and your review. We are glad to hear that you are happy with your product.
As far as the issues go with the setup of your iMow app, you required a verification e-mail for this to work. On your initial purchase of the mower we did provide you with that e-mail. It was subsequently left to expire and we had to request a new one for you. We needed to contact STIHL, which was done, and were waiting for them to respond to us.
With the current situation, response times in some instances are taking longer than normal. We do apologise for this and will be asking for some clarification from STIHL.
We have certainly taken your comments onboard.
