Needed spare part - a GENUINE spare part - to repair a Stihl pressure washer (couldn’t afford to replace it)

I ordered an item in late November which was due to be delivered in early December, I was phoned very quickly after placing the order to inform me that they were having problems getting the item from the manufacturer. I was offered a refund which I decided against. The team were great at keeping me updated on their efforts to receive the shipment. I was able to cancel at anytime. When the item became available it was delivered quickly. Very happy with the customer service

Spoke to Andy to get advice on suitability of a 4x4 lawn tractor for my steep field and decided on an Oleo-Mac Apache. Was offered a great price, it was ordered and available very quickly and transport arranged with Adam at Prestige Transport for the 200 mile journey south. Arrived in perfect condition and fully demonstrated by Adam as part of the service. Second to none!

Purchased a second hand ride on lawn mower from these guys. Pricey piece of kit and, due to COVID and the distance (240 miles), I had to trust the information provided by Andy (from Congleton Garden Machinery). They even introduced me to the excellent Adam from Prestige Transport prestige-transport.uk and negotiated the delivery on my behalf. My mower arrived in excellent condition and seems every bit as good as the descriptions (written and verbal) I was supplied with. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I was searching for a Stihl HSA 26 trimmer and having great difficulty finding stock. I found this dealer online and rang them to check if item was in stock. I was informed that they had one left in stock and I asked if I could buy it over phone there and then. The person at CGM was very helpful and the item arrived by courier the next day.
