High quality shockwave machine. It took a few weeks to arrive but the packaging was carefully crafted and all parts were present and in working order. Worth the wait. I’m using it for cellulite and only on my third session. I’m excited to see results over time and will definitely be using this device with any future joint pains I may have. YouTube has many videos on the benefits of shockwave therapy.

Update - I have been in contact with MTS again and I hope to resolve the problem soon.
Soon after I purchased the machine I noticed one of the main functions did not work correctly, you need to continue to reset one of the settings, even during use. I was told the machine has a 3 year warranty when I purchased it. I sent a video showing the function does not work correctly and I received a response a few days later with a suggestion on how to fix this. I was not satisfied with the fix suggested, because it would require me to go into the advanced menu (password protected) and make a change, depending on how I intended to use the machine. So during use, if I decided to use on 2 body parts which require different shockwave depth, I would have to go into that menu and change it twice to use the machine - not ideal, but I decided to try. The suggested fix did not work. I sent back another video showing what happens when I use the suggestion, but I received no response. Nearly 6 weeks later, I write a follow up email to see if the email was received. I waited another week for a response and I still have not received one.
Not standing behind your product and warranty is bad business, especially when you ignore your customers for several weeks.

I was happy to get the correct item and within 20 days. The item I ordered works fine in my PMST Max.

Great machine. Fantastic results and an even better price.

Just had to buy another handpiece for my Shockwave PRO. It has a poor design. Every time I use it, the gel gets into the headpiece. Even when we dry it out after every use the piston sticks and we have to bang it to break it free.

This machine dramatically improves my musculoskeletal issues (e.g., muscle knots, strains, pain from previous injuries), psychosomatic issues (e.g., chronic pelvic pain), and alleviates some degree of mental health symptoms (e.g., anxiety and depression, poor sleep quality). Your mileage may vary.

The customer service of this company is excellent. I had a lot of concern with getting scammed, but Shawn Z in customer service really helped assuage my worries by describing some of the technical specifications. This product is great while not breaking the bank like some other PEMF companies' devices. It really has improved the quality of my life.

The peer-reviewed science behind it is really encouraging, especially for bone/joint health. Especially in conjunction with other forms of medical treatment, the PMST Loop has the capacity to really help.

Tried contacting the company via telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook and their website for days now. No response and no reply.

Based on your reply, your AI bot does not really mean anything. And as for not being a client of yours… I own a HIEMTPRO II. You are the manufacturer and this does make me a client of yours. If you believe in your products the you will support them worldwide. Do not alienate tour clients. You made the money on the sale of this product. There are no distributers of any form of support for your product in South Africa. No company is listed on your website. SO for the big question, if I need support who do I contact mr manufacturer???
