The response I required was good, shipping=fail
The response I required was good. However, the money I paid for shipping was a waste. It did not get delivered to me door as stated it would. I chased the package for 3 days and had to pick it up myself to insure i actually got it. It would be nice if I received a partial refund as I did part of the work to get the package to my doorstep. Shipping=fail.

No carrying case as advertised
No carrying case as advertised. No way to transport machine to spa. The head pieces were not all labeled, 3 are missing number stickers. Instruction pamphlet does not explain usage instructions, whether to use ultrasound gel or not. Not a detailed manual.

Service and communication was excellent. BUT, they did not say that the parcel would be in quarantine at DHL warehouse for 3 to 5 days due to Covid. This caused angst in the extreme as I paid $300 for DHL and nothing happened for days with no explanation until I squeezed it out of them.
