Staff contacted me and have been working diligently to help resolve the issue of the canceled order. They were understanding and very helpful. Customer service is above and beyond. The machine itself is the only one that's ever brought relief to my knees. All 5 stars now.

Very satisfied with EMShape Neo Prime II
We have been very happy with our EMShape Neo Prime II. It was delivered in a very protective trunk on wheels and our online service from Rio at the sales end to Hasnat for our online training has been top notch. We have had such a good experience we are now adding a pelvic therapy attachment.

I purchased a 6-in-1 machine from this…
I purchased a 6-in-1 machine from this website and had a very strange experience. After paying, someone called me and asked me a lot of unnecessary questions before they would “send” the product. After answering everything, they told me the machine would be shipped, but I never received any tracking information.
Later, I received an email saying my order was canceled, but I still have not received my refund. This experience feels very unprofessional and suspicious. Be careful before ordering from this company.

Allow me to clarify our order fulfillment process and why contacting you was absolutely necessary:
For your order of the Spa Facial Hydro Dermabrasion Machine 6 in 1, our records clearly show we called you on same day you ordered to verify your card, as standard procedure for orders marked medium-risk by our fraud analytics software.
Later in the day, May 12, we emailed to let you know this model was unfortunately just sold out (other customer ordered in our physical store while we verified your card), offering a 100% free upgrade to the premium model (we also emailed you a photo of this upgraded model). Because you did not reply to this email, and we never substitute a machine without client consent, we sent four additional follow-up emails and left a voicemail over five days seeking your approval. No response from you.
We acknowledge your insistence that replying to our emails and call about the Updgrade was not needed, but our intention was purely to protect your purchase and ensure your satisfaction.
Because we did not receive any response from you to any of these messages about the upgrade offer, we voided your payment transaction to protect you from receiving an unapproved item. A full refund has been successfully issued to your original payment method.
We understand that miscommunications happen, and we remain committed to providing excellent quality and service. If you'd still like to receive the upgraded model, please reach out directly to us at hello@mshapebeauty.com, and we will happily arrange your order!

Emshape Neo Fit -Expecting visible results? This model won’t deliver
I purchased the Emshape Neo Fit without RF and used it consistently for two months. In my case, I have not seen any visible results. The device produces only very subtle contractions, without external muscle movement, unlike other EMS equipment I’ve seen online.
Customer service was responsive and professional. They investigated thoroughly and confirmed with the factory that very slight coin movement (coin test) and subtle contractions are considered normal performance for this model. This means the device is designed for moderate, comfortable stimulation, not for visible results.
If I had known at the beginning that this model provides only subtle stimulation without visible outcomes, I would not have bought it.
For personal use, this may suit someone looking for gentle sessions. However, for those expecting visible outcomes or planning to use it in a business setting (such as body‑remodeling salons), I believe this equipment will be disappointing and a poor investment.
Update: after the company's reply.
While I appreciate the reply, I would like to clarify that my concern is not about failing to consult, it is about the equipment not meeting the expectations set by Rejuva Fresh’s marketing. Customers should not be made to feel at fault for trusting advertised claims.
When I purchased the EMShape Neo Fit, the product specifications did not mention that a consultation was required before ordering, and no one advised me of this at the time.
I was surprised to be described as a “stronger individual.” I am in my 50s and have never done bodybuilding or fitness training before.
From the very beginning, I raised concerns about not feeling strong contractions. Following Rejuva Fresh’s own advice, I used the most advanced programmes (automatic M5 at 100% intensity and manual mode with all parameters at maximum). Despite this, I did not experience visible contractions or results.
Other customers have reported that even at lower intensities they felt contractions that were too strong, which makes my experience very different.
Unfortunately, even after training and repeated use, the outcome has not changed. I am disappointed, as I expected visible results and stronger performance from the equipment.
In conclusion, despite following all instructions and using the highest settings, the device delivered no visible results. It did not meet the advertised expectations and represents poor value for the cost.
I'm extremely disappointed.

Great performance
After using the EMShape Neo Plus and Eris 9 in 1 system, I've been really impressed with both the performance and overall build. The pricing is more accessible compared to other brands we've used, but the results and reliability have been just as good, if not better. I would definitely recommend.

Really Intense
These machines are really intense! Even more intense than the $800 per 30 minute treatments I was getting. Training was fun and helpful and I'm totally satisfied with my decision to go with an MShape beauty body sculpting machine!

Powerful machine
We started using the EMShape body sculpting machine last month, replacing the one we had before, and our regulars noticed the difference in power. The muscle contractions are stronger and results showed up quicker. I think it's a good start.

Experience has been great
Our experience with M-Shape Beauty has been great so far. We weren't totally sure what to expect since we found them online, and before this we were buying equipment at a much higher price point. But the machines we got from MShape have been performing really well. Honestly feels like we were overpaying before. This quality is just as good, maybe even better, and way more reasonable in cost.
