excellent communication of goods in order

I recently purchased the HIEMT MAX3. The shipping was fast and I was sent notices along the way about delivery. I have been to a med spa for Emsculpt series and this machine is very comparable! I absolutely love it. Any questions I have are answered promptly via chat/email. I would definitely recommend this machine and won’t hesitate to purchase another item from MTS!

I had a pump go out on my cryolipolysis machine and ordered one from them. I was surprised by the fast delivery and excellent service. I recommend them 100%

Excellent customer service, fast shipping, secure packaging. Took away one star for assembly directions being vague but we figured it out. Also, Velcro strap for abs and glutes needs to be much wider. Straps are also a little too long. Too long and too narrow. Machine is fantastic. Can’t comment on longevity yet. Already know it works because my spa has the prior model. This one is much better.

I had an issue with the machine I had purchased. I emailed my problem & I got a response from Shawn Z. in less than 30 minutes & a video which showed exactly what to do to get the new machine working. Very impressed with their machine & their support.

Purchase arrived promptly in in great condition.

Haven’t had the chance to set up equipment yet, but customer service is amazing. Immediate response (time zone permitting), up to date tracking and well packed. I don’t see there being a problem with equipment (looks pristine) but in case it does, I feel confident customer services will be on it!

Very fast and correct delivery! Answering instantly, even outside working hours in China! Solid machine, looks pretty. Industrial connectors. Tested for 30 min, fantastic experience so far. Looking foreword for results.

Product is great. Only issue was resolved quickly. The issue was that the unit required an unlock code that was not disclosed in any emails or with the product on arrival.

I purchased the Hiemt-pro about 5 months ago. From start to finish Alice went above and beyond. Every single question she answered before and even 5 months after my purchase. I have already recommended MTS to others. I highly recommend anyone who is hesitant. The machine works great, shipping wasn't too bad and it was packed very well. This product is not suitable or durable enough for use on horses as it is described in the product description. To facilitate the shockwave to a reasonable intensity, you must use a liquid or gel to facilitate transmission. The gel gets stuck in the pulsating head and " gums up" the entire shock wave head. I feel like I will be fortunate to get 15 or 20 treatments out of this unit. I would ask for a refund , but I think that is unlikely because the product was shipped from overseas. I am sorry to say it, but BUYER BEWARE!!!
