Fast delivery. Piano is very nice! I'm very pleased!

Easy to order. Came well-packaged. No damage in shipping. Easy to put stand together. Small allen wrench was included. Sound is terrific. Birthday girl is very pleased.

After connecting the 6.35mm 1/4 male to 3.5mm 1/8 female stereo headphone adapter I was expecting the speaker to go muted and sound to come out from the headphone only but that is not the case. Sound is coming out from both sources all the time.
The sustain note is not recorded. Notes are cut short (sixteenth) in the recordings.

The shipping process was right on. It was delivered as indicated with the tracking. Arrived with no damage and all everything was included as promised me

The piano keyboard came in on time and in a great condition.

Received the keyboard, unpackaged it and got the stand set up to play the keyboard. Turned it on and only half of the keys work. I am so disappointed! Will be returning.

I purchased this digital piano for my granddaughter who is learning the piano. I was happily surprised when the piano came days earlier than expected. I was not expecting much quality for $200.00 but it seems to be well built and works as described. The overall purchase experience was very good.

I am so pleased with my purchase of this beautiful practice piano. The weighted/hammered keys give it a "real" piano feel and the sustain pedal tops it off. This full 88 key piano surpassed my expectations and I will be using it for a long time to come. The different tones and rhythms are just fun to play with too. The company packaged it and shipped it out quickly and I was playing it within a week. The price was right too.
