Very helpful for beginners

I received my order in just three days! It was well packaged, and when I opened it and checked all the parts, everything was there. It didn't take long to assemble and I was playing in a very short time. The sound is very good, and I am enjoying having a piano again. By the way, I am 80 years old, soon to be 81. I have had a piano most of my life, but the family piano I had needed so much repair, it was less expensive to buy your keyboard. I had considered another brand, but it was more expensive than yours. On-time delivery, good musical instrument. (Disadvantage: the key does not sound when pressed from a half-pressed position)

Piano looked great and the recipient loved it, however the power cord was missing, so she had to go out to buy one. Not a big expense gut it delayed her a few days from using it.

Some keys are raised and there are multiple keys that don’t work at all.

It’s been many years since I sold my spinet piano so I am more than a little rusty. I have plenty of time to practice. I am almost 80yesrs old but very anxious to be playing again.

Promptly as advertised. Unfortunately it was defective and needed replacing. The customer service handled it without difficulty and the piano works great!

I sent an email to Mustarmusic telling the team that I could not find my package at my place, and the photo shown in the FedEx tracking system was not even my place.
However, I received a response by a staff telling me the package was delivered with a screenshot of the FedEx tracking system...

The package arrived quickly, a great piano with weighted keys and a sustain pedal. Having fun already!

I purchased the Mu-Star digital piano,was delivered today,assembled the stand,turned the piano on,and sadly not all keys work when pressing. In fact,3 of the keys do not work at all(D#,F,F# all in 5th octave). So what do I do now?I would only want to return the keyboard itself and get a replacement.It has 1-year guarantee. Is it even possible?Can you please advise?

Sound is great, it looks and feels great, but speaker doesn’t always work

It got here soon and felt like the real piano! Weighted keys with amazing sound!

The keyboard doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it is fantastic for the price! It comes with a lot of sounds and the keys feel very nice, and it also comes with the pedal. The instructions to set up the stand has only pictures, but it's not too hard to figure out.

I received the piano yesterday but have to return it. The action on the keys is unacceptable and I'm used to my Roland RD700 NX stage piano which I chose to supplement with this one as a practice piece for my sailing yacht. It's a great piano, but for a beginner; I've played since 1957 (yes).

How do I return it in original box and packing?

The piano you send to me was a use one someone returned and then you send it to me so did not like it the facts that was open the box by someone else.

I got this for my daughter to practice piano on. I wanted one that had all 88 keys and felt like you were playing an actual piano. This keyboard does that!
