False information and undisclosed payment issues
Gave false info to get things fixed on a safety certificate. Didn't need all tyres done. Electronic payment was then down all day so couldn't take my car away as couldn't pay, was not told any of this prior. Had to pay online in the end and thus couldn't use my credit card offer.

I had a great experience with my service
I had a great experience with My Car Tyre & Auto. I dropped my car off for a service, and within the hour, they contacted me about additional work that needed to be done. They were clear and precise in explaining what was required, and despite the extra work, they still managed to complete the job within the given timeframe. The pricing was also fair, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.
