The team are awesome
The team are awesome. I have been dealing with the guys for 5yrs now & have always had a pleasant experience with them. I cannot fault their expertise because my car has never broken down & it runs smoothly after a service performed. Their friendly disposition is always appreciated along with their integrity & it is these tools that make you want to come back.

Tyre repair
Called up late afternoon due to screw in my tyre. They book in in next day and took only 30mins to fix for me. When I went to collect was told it was repair was under warranty as I purchased the tyres from them only 6 months ago. So that was great!

Gavin and the team at My Car TOOWOOMBA are absolutely amazing in all aspects! So friendly, helpful and they give you a detailed explanation of what's going on with your car.... As a single woman it is refreshing to know that they are there to fix your car at the best price possible and to walk you through the processes.
I cannot recommend these guys more highly! If you need a service, minor/major repairs; roadworthy; tyres etc give these guys a call or pop in for a chat. Conveniently located at KMart Toowoomba Plaza.. BIG SHOUT OUT TO GAVIN FOR HIS 5 ⭐ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great service
Great service , walked in, intending to make a booking for new tures by 4 + alignment .Various options offered from budget to premium, Warranties explained . Gavin & his team could fit me in right away , the car was ready before I finished my lunch 😀 . Thank you

Not entirely happy
Cant say i am entirely happy. The tyres we wanted weren't in stock despite requesting then aweek before. Then after having been upsold we said no to a wheel alignment but they went ahead and did one anyway.
So after being upsold and given a service we didn't want or could afford, the car does drive well and I don't have bald tyres.
