Excellent customer service and tehnical support. Promptly resolved warranty issue, sent spare parts and replacement instructions to Canada at no cost. Mashine is working perfectly.

Machines are great and worth every penny! And customer service is excellent!! They promptly helped me with troubleshooting my machine, and we figured it out that I needed to wash two tiny filters. Now everything is like new!!

My experience with support team member
My experience with support team member, Amelia, has been great. I contacted in regards to shipping information and she quickly responded informing me that my machine would be sent out as soon as possible. Had to follow up message from Amelia with a tracking number and a delivery date within days. Thank you so much for all your help Amelia, you’re amazing. I’m looking forward to my Mother’s Day gift.
