Miya’s is great and very good customer service !!

Miya provides exceptional customer service. She answered all my questions and I’m excited to try my new s shape machine!

I love everything about the products, and the customers service is too tier.

My experience was amazing with these guys. I ordered the cavitation machine for my wife as a gift, and messed up my email address. They were very thorough in following up until they found my number and I got a text from their team. I chatted with Miya through what’s-app and confirmed everything. It felt so reassuring to know if they sniff a pinch of fraud, they will chase it down. Appreciate it!!!

Very responsive. Whenever I have question about the machine they respond same day. Love dealing with them and I will keep ordering the rest of the machines I want through them.

I ordered one of their equipments and for some reason it was missing some parts. I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp and they were very responsive and provided an extraordinary customer service. Representative was so involved in sending a replacement and making sure I was not missing any other parts.

Top notch customer service! Miya helped me out and I'm thankful for that. That is very hard to find these days. On top of that, their products are awesome and priced well. I will continue to order from this company!

A part within my order was broken although the package had no damaged and they replaced it immediately.

Customer service is GREAT! They always respond to my emails. I haven’t had an issue with them or any of the machines I buy - this why I keep buying from them. Definitely recommend them 10000%!

After my cavitation handle broke, I thought I would have to buy a new one but Miya took care of me and replaced it quickly. It was very easy and painless.

I try to not ever leave any negative reviews but this was the worst experiences I have ever had ordering from a company. I feel completely scammed and don’t trust this company. The only good experience I had was that the item shipped pretty fast. I thought I was paying for an upgraded machine and not only was the machine I received cheaply made it was faulty and half of the functions do not work including the main thing I ordered it for. On top of that my machine was not sent with instructions which is dangerous! The customer service claims that it’s so the product doesn’t get stopped in customs which doesn’t make sense! I was told to send a video showing how the machine doesn’t work and was met with gaslighting to try to make it seem like it’s my fault the machine isn’t working when the machine is clearly cheap quality and the one I have was poorly designed. To waste more time they wanted me to send in a “second” video when the first one clearly shows the machine not working right. Buy at your own risk! I’m now having to go through my bank to pursue next steps as the customer service rep is claiming that they can’t refund me until I send the machine back which doesn’t even properly work. I have never felt so scammed in my life. I tried to handle this professionally behind the scenes with the company but there clearly is some sort of a lack of integrity with how I was treated after being sent a bad item that I spent good money on and followed their so called “warranty” protocol.

Update: This company was beating around the bush to give a refund and has shady ways of moving. Once I opened a dispute they tried to get me to cancel my dispute and delete my review for a supposed “refund”. But I see right through them so I kept the dispute open. Then they tried to report my review as fake through TrustPilot by trying so that I never purchased from them although I clearly have an email with my order number. PayPal required me to send the item back and I used the label that the company sent me via email. Turns out the postal company is saying that it’s mail fraud. This company just can’t get enough I guess! I wouldn’t be surprised if the “good reviews” are fraud or from people who received free stuff also!

I’m concerned. I’m so looking forward to this machine to elevate my treatments but I ordered on 10/6 and have yet to receive my order or an update on the delivery/tracking.
I’m really excited
