Good product and service

Don't be fooled by all the fluffy 5-star reviews they are clearly fake as someone mentioned below. This company is a joke. I had a horrendous experience with their cheap product and lack of customer service. Beware!

Miya is just amazing! Any questions/concerns were addressed within the same day. Also, I let her know I was going out of town and she had my order delivered to me so I received it prior to my trip. I had a great experience and will be ordering again in the future.

The S Shape Cavitation machine I ordered was shipped very quickly. It’s a good machine and works well. Any questions I had about setting up the machine were answered by Miya, who was so polite and helpful. I’m really impressed with the excellent after sale care I received. I ordered a device that stop working…
I ordered a device that stop working for my S-Shape machine and mentioned that plastic holder had broke as well. I got my order along with plastic holders for free. I was so happy to get this surprise. I used the RF and Ultra Sound and is working well. Will keep doing business with Mychway. Wonderful experience and professionalism.

Second Order
I recently placed my second order for body contouring machines with Mychway, and as always, I was greatly satisfied with the customer service, back & forth communication to insure I had made the right selection for my needs, as well as the quality of the machines.
Everything arrived in a timely manner, and all looked exactly as pictured.
Two weeks I. Using my New Lipocavitation machine, Laserlipolisis machine, and infrared belts. Super easy to use, especially with the user manuals, and hoping to really elevate my clients’ results with these.

Customer Service Agent Miya is Wonderful!
I was having an issue with my S Shape Pro RF handle not heating to temperature so I contacted mychway via their website. I was fully prepared to receive an autoresponder reply with the usual "turn it off and turn it back on" type of "help" that most companies send but to my surprise Miya got back to me right away. She guided me through a complete troubleshooting process over 2 or 3 emails until we got the issues resolved. Turns out the machine was actually working fine, it was a complete user error on my part!
These days I have reservations ordering from anywhere other than Amazon but I follow Joan Johnson's Beauty Over 50 on a Budget Youtube channel and she speaks so highly of the company that I felt confident in ordering on the Mychway website (and she has a coupon code). My machine arrived quickly and their customer services has been wonderful....and I have been seeing great results with my S Shape! I definitely recommend this company!
