Despite initial difficulties getting through to the call centre an operative noted the missed call and called back within 10 minutes. A further 5 minutes later the issue had been resolved. So much better than being on hold for long periods of time

A very helpful agent!
The agent I spoke to, clearly explained how an AVC account, in addition to my pension, could maximise my retirement income.
I was happy with her calmness and patience, in not rushing through the questions I asked.
In conclusion, it was a nice experience!
