Your site was very confusing. I made numerous requests for your help, to no avail. I only got help via phone after more than 3 weeks of calling daily. Thankfully I finally got a call back, & the gentleman on the phone was able to set up my purchase of pkg. Then I was finally helped yet again to register my dog. All in all it was not an easy process. In future I would suggest than you send out the appropriate info. when requested, also reply to your phone calls, especially when someone tries daily for weeks on end. Thanks for finally getting me registered, Patricia Morgan.

Until I found TheraPetic I was struggling to find a doctor that would write the ESA letter for me to have my Conour Tango documented as a ESA. Within moments of accessing the website my sweet baby Tango was legal. I can now have him with me in social interactions as well as anything else I may need to do where he helps me through the situation. None of my doctors who I see regularly would help me with my letter. Tango and I would like to say thank you. Between TheraPetic and Tango I'm almost back to my old self in public and private.

I did the test. I paid for the package which allowed me online access and a printable page for my pet. That being said there is nothing on my account when I log in. Every time it takes me back to the page to purchase a package. I already bought one. Not impressed. I need this letter ASAP.

They went above and beyond when Westjet was being difficult. In the end, Westjet approved our fur babies and we were able to travel with them in cabin and out of their kennel. We are very satisfied with the service and products!

Fast. Prompt and very helpful

As I have still not received any paperwork from TheraPetic.org , I sadly have to give a 2 star. I paid for online and direct paperwork to be mailed within 7 days which ( $129. ) and to date have not received a single thing from them.

It was very frustrating at first because it would only let me access the home page and the page with all the services for sale. Then I realized all I needed to do was turn off my firewall and I was able to access my profile and fill in my pet's information for his papers and ID. I got fairly fast help from customer support as well when I told them about it. I had no problems getting my pet to live with me upon using this service. I am glad to have found Therapetic!
