Patient, helpful, prompt. Valuable service that many HMOs and other primary medical providers refuse to provide due to ignorance about the important support an ESA provides in improving a person’s quality of life and assisting them to function independently.

From our records, the Service Dogs Act, SA 2007, c S-7.5 in section 3(2)a-b, indicate that you should not have any term or condition of occupancy of any self‑contained dwelling unit removed, unless management is using another reason. If we may assist, we would be happy to do so.

Without a doubt, 5 Star rating! TheraPetic provided timely service and support to questions. They are also on top of the changing policies and requirements for airline documentation. With Delta's newly implemented requirements in JAN 2018, TheraPetic already had those documents ready and available for us to use. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend TheraPetic to anyone needing an ESA!
