TheraPetic has great costumer service. Each time I write an email I have a fast response and they always have a solution for me! I would recommended to anyone, and I actually have recommended it to my friends since they are so good! I am thankful for them!

Honestly, I had a great experience with TheraPetic. Had a few questions so I made a call and my inquiries were handled by a gentleman that was probably the nicest customer service person I have ever dealt with. I have recommended TheraPetic to a number of people since and all have been satisfied.

When I renewed my pets letter it kept …
When I renewed my pets letter it kept the date of 10/25/2016 and said it expired one year from that date. I renewed in October or November of 2017. Didn't give me a new date.

It's easy to buy, not easy to use
It's easy to buy, not easy to use - you pay the money and they spit out something generic. The issue comes when you arrive at the airport and the letter is not on a doctor's letterhead as expected but on Therapeutic letterhead. i had to tap dance to get them to accept it.

The post never arrived to destination
I needed your help to get my dogs into Colombia. The ID helped, but the documents never arrived into Panama, and now, 1 month later I am in Colombia and don't need them anymore.
The tracking number says,'The item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 19, 2017 at 9:07 am.' now we are 16th of November..???

We are terribly sorry to learn of the postal delay to Panama, which is not a traditional guaranteed delivery service in your country. We have no control over the postal service to Panama. Panama has a very delayed postal service, and we are disheartened that you rate us based on a service which we do not have control over. TheraPetic is proud to guarantee delivery within the United States and Canada, and we will make exceptions to meet the dire situation of a client.
