Extremely easy to navigate site. Documents are provided quickly. Without out this program i would be suffering daily, unable to keep my therapeutic pet with me.

Last year I would have given 5 stars, but this year, when I renewed, the website was not working properly. Had to contact therapetic twice to get the issue resolved. And still, the website is not updating the records. SOmeone needs to check the website and make sure it is running properly. Other than that, all is good. Form letters are great and get the job done.

A good experience with everything! A little costly but worth it. Bought the most expensive option which was accepted by American Airlines. My pup being with me calmed me down enough to make the trip. Thanks Petatheric! I didn’t need to take a Xanax because my pupper was with me.

I suffer from PTSD and because of your sight in a pinch I was able to travel with my dog as a therapy dog on the airplane which made a huge difference because I hate flying. I had just flown to Seattle to pick up my wife's remains as she passed away after a battle with diabetes and having my dog with me really save the day. I'll always love you guys and thanks so much for the easy path, which has been very very difficult up until that point
