Dem var snabba, men skrev helt fel namn i det översatta betygsdokumentet än det originella som jag skickat in. De åtgärdade dock detta felet inom en timme efter att jag mejlat och påpekat detta ganska sent på natten.

Jag satt tight till med tid, och det kostar ändå en del att få några sidor översatta, så ville försäkra mig om att a) inte betala för mycket, b) få översättning i god tid samt c) en översättning som godtas för ändamålet (VISA ansökan).

Jag hade översättningen i Maj, men väntat tills nu med att skriva ett omdöme, för jag ville veta säkert utfallet först. (VISA godkänd!).

I have upload and ordered the translation of four pages wednesday 1st June after that I spoke by phone with a ”seller”. He said that I was suppose to get my translation after 24 hours so I thought that I was going to get my translation thursday 2nd or latest friday 3th of June but in the order confirmation I got as preliminary date the 4th of June (Estimated delivery date is 04-06-2022 UTC).
Sunday the 5th of June I have received a new mail that was telling that I was going to receive the translation monday the 6th of June becasue of Pentecost.
I got the first version of translation the 6th June.
I had a quick look at it and I noticed some mistake so I had to check all the translation to be sure.
I found something that I thought were errors and some that were error for sure.

Examples:
In the document DN115094-142293-115094-2-gymnasium-i.t.i.s.-galvani_EN.pdf was missing completely the line: "Specialization: Electronic"

According to DN115094-142292-115094-1-dichiarazione_EN.pdf's translation,
Page 1:
... during the school year 1989/199 (it should have been 1990 not 199).

There was twice EXERC. IN MANUJFACTURING DEP. (its should have been EXERC. IN MANUFACTURING DEP. )

Page 2: ... during the school year 1992/1193, (it should have been 1993 not 1193).

My english is not good, but the errors done was so obvious.
It remind me some times when I tried to copy a text from a pdf and paste it on Google translate.
The result was similar.
Maybe the translator was distract but still the error are there.

I feel very disappointed.
When I have to pay for a service , I would like to be able to trust that the job it's performed correctly and not that I need to check to be sure.
In the company that I work for, when we have to produce some documentation for a customer, there are always at least two person involved. One that create the document and one that perform the review before release.
In some cases there is a third person that give the final approve.
The text to translate was not so much (mostly were tables with score from school) but anyway there were several small errors/ typo that could be avoided if the translator had checked quickly the result or if he/she had a colleague that had a second opinion.
It took for me about 5 minutes to go throw the 4 pages translated and find the real mistakes and some other things that I thought were mistake.

+++ Customer service
After that I have discovered the errors, I have contacted the customer service to inform about them.
After two minutes I got an answer were they told me:
We are on it.

After 30 minutes I got another mail were they explained to me that some of the errors that I was pointing out was not errors and that they had corrected the rest of the real errors in the documents.

High school degree:

“Public high school” is the correct term for “Istituto statale”;
“seat” is the correct translation for “sede”. It’s not a “site”, it does not refer to an industrial plant;

School report:
“mark” is British English for “voto”, “vote” is for political elections;
“P.D.” stands for “presidential decree”, the English version of “P.D.R.” (decreto del Presidente della Repubblica”

As I have listed before there were actually errors in the documents translated and I got new corrected.
I can prove it whenever you whish by sending you a copy of both (before and after corrections) or you can just ask your colleagues for them.
I agree with Carls correction to my comments for some of the words used, but still you can not deny that the dates were wrong and the word manujfacturing is not correct.

Snabbt och proffsigt! Jag hade bett om ett visst intyg. När översättaren såg vad jag skulle använda det till fick jag råd att byta till en annan typ av intyg.

Dålig översättning - så här dåligt hade jag gjort det själv. Jag betalade för en professionell översättning. Det fick jag inte.

Värdsbäst är inte samma sak som världsledande. Världsbäst är något uttryck med world class - inte world's leading - det betyder att man är etta i världen. Där kan bara 1 vara. Världsbäst kan väldigt många vara.
Aluminiumgods från Sverige är inte samma som aluminium goods in Sweden. Fel preposition.
Jättedåligt att ta betalt för detta - jag kommer aldrig att använda er mer.

Mycket snabb översättning.
Kostnaden är dock ganska hög för en privatperson, men det gäller nog alla auktoriserade översättningstjänster.

Bra service och snabba svar på frågor och det gick snabbt att få översättningen gjord.

Super snabb återkoppling Ohh översättning utförs av auktoriserad översättare. Allt gick fort och smidigt.

Jag fick min text snabbt, men mitt namn var felstavat och texten innehöll ett upprepat grammatiskt fel som ändrade textens betydelse. Jag är besviken. Om jag inte själv talat franska hade jag inte sett det.
