What a scam. Says $1for 3 days then $69 a month. The website is so shit. I went on to look for a dog/pup to add to the farmily. When I click on dogs profiles it was fine then refreshes back to the start every time I clicked on a dogs profile and went back

This is a scam, read the fine print. It is not $1 a week, it is $1 for the first week and $69 a month after that, for a service that is suspect anyway.

THIEVES!!! NewPet has just stolen $69 from my personal account without my authority. This has been reported. DO NOT engage with this company

Agreed to a one off $1 payment for 3 days access - yet was charged $69.00 at the end of this, as it is apparently a "subscription" service.
This is not made clear when I agreed to pay the $1.
Be very careful or you too will get ripped off!!!

SCAM, Avoid! Paid £1 to contact an owner regarding a dog I saw on the site (only one picture- should have raised alarm bells but didn’t) receipt then had small print to take money every month. Tried to cancel following the email instructions and NO WAY TO CANCEL. had to go through the fraud team at the bank and they said it’s an account located in United Arab Emirates!
Avoid at all cost!

Off payment of £7 but I’ve been charged 18 times in the last month.
Haven’t received a single contact and can’t log into my account to remove the ad.
It screams scam and I’ve had to contact my bank to reclaim the money.

signed up to 7 day use of site for a £1 unbeknowingly but there is a hidden subscription very crafty and got charged £39 3 days later if you get scammed by this company go into your profile and go on benefits package to cancel subscription not obvious i know, but found it in there ! Also not sure any dogs are legit on this site the ones i contacted were shifty so BEWARE! 🤬

Absolutely a waste of time they are stealing your data and information I have reported to the police

Please stay away from this site - I've had to dispute this with my bank and the fraud team, They offer a membership for £1 - only in the receipt small print you read it £39!!!!. you have the option to cancel after 24 hours, but there is no option to cancel on the site and no reply to messages in time to cancel it, the animals are all puppy-farmed and and made up. Sick stealing money when people are looking for an animal to adopt.
We must get this criminally investigated and the creators brought to justice, I've contacted the BBC to already get an investigation started, and I could not feed myself as they stole my last money that I did not consent to. your just give them your bank details to take it. Please be aware of this scam!

Scammers, force you to pay £1 for a trial and then when you try to contact the AD poster, it links you to an external website where you have to pay again, stay away.

Horrible site, absolute scam. Draws you in with a £1 contact fee then charges your card without telling you on the 4th week of every month. After using my right to withdraw the staff called me stupid so I have taken this up with the bank to get my money back. Contract hidden in receipt email and clearly just a ripped off Chatgpt or template message.

Anna in particular was extremely unhelpful but I have to assume this is because she cannot read. Hope she sees this, but she'll probably need an interpreter.

I tried to message someone about a dog but had to pay £1 to send the message, this was for 3 days of unlimited messaging, however I didn't realise it was also an automatic renewal for £39 every 4 weeks after the 3 days. I contacted newpetz and was told it is clearly stated. I didn't receive a response from the owner of the dog but saw multiple ads of the same dog for different prices and different names to message. I feel like these people are ripping people as they obviously don't check who is offering pets for sale but charge you for sending so called owners a message.
