Delivery good, collection poor
The delivery of the new car went well, a friendly and informative delivery driver.
The pick up of my old lease car was poor. It was cancelled twice and I had taken the second date as annual leave for the car to be picked up. The comunication was very poor and I had to ring twice during the day to confirm pick up which was cancelled at 4.45pm after waiting in all day. On the third attempt it was picked up after I had to work from home for collection which was also inconvenient. This was a poor experience and I have complained to BCA directly.

Everything seemed to be processed quickly and with good communication. Anyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
The aftercare services is shocking
The aftercare services is shocking. I have sent four emails in over a four week period regarding the same issues and yet to get a reply..... Still waiting.....

Having a car through NHS fleet is a peace of mind.
Customer service is not top of the class, but, it is OK.
After sale services are entirely dependent on the type of your car, so one can have a good or not so good experience.
Regarding the payment for the wear and tear at the end of the contract, one should be ready for the unpleasant surprises, the payment though are not huge.
I am currently on my 3rd contract with NHS Fleet.

Recent Delivery & Collection
Recent delivery and collection was really poor. Car arrived damaged after a 2 week delay and collection has been delayed by over a month. Terrible communication with no reply to emails and wait times of over 1 hour on the phone.

Slow delivery but such a bargain!
Took a long time being delivered and was delayed by 8 weeks. But still such a bargain!
I was given a faulty car whose software…
I was given a faulty car whose software broke down within 5 days; and I had a very bad experience getting a replacement car; I had to use private cab to commute; no like for like replacement car was given, and I am driving a petrol car when I should be entitled to an electric car like for like. Pathetic

Fantastic experience
Great communication throughout the process and very informative staff. Delivery service was impeccable!
Faulty car delivered, poor comms
Car was delivered and never moved from my drive before it developed an ‘electrical fault’. Rang at the weekend and was told I wasn’t on the system for support despite the car being delivered 3 days prior. Car was recovered and hire car delivered the following day, leaving by me stranded for 24 hours. No comms and I had to chase the hire car. The part needed for my car is on back order from the factory and we have been told it will be months for delivery. I’ve asked for a replacement vehicle as the one delivered was clearly faulty (what car has an electrical fault requiring a bespoke part after being driven 7 miles!) and have had no response to my previous 2 emails or calls. Totally unsatisfactory service.
