Loving my car and Helen was very helpful. Although there was a slight mess up with my delivery and the delivery people were unaware that my car needed delivered leaving me without a car for several days.

Mixed review - did not get the car we had initially asked for due to issue with electronics and then no additional cars available in that colour.
However, garage were great in organising an alternative colour very quickly.

Recent car ordering from NHS fleet
apart from the wait for nearly 3 months, the process was smooth and painless.
from ordering to picking up the vehicle at the local dealer it was effortless.
Very handy that the insurance covers other family members too.
