She offered me so send a replacement which I really appreciate!! Perfect service. Thank you so much again, Evelyn.
I own several more necklaces from nialaya, and I really love the brand and quality!! And in the rare event there is something wrong, now I can tell you they will solve it quickly and very customer friendly!! even if you live thousands km away.

It's interesting that you can tell a lot about a company and how they respond to feedback, I'm updating this review after reading there hilarious response below 😂😂😂.
I had two bracelets fall to pieces within a day, I was told to repair them myself and I'll get a discount on the next one 😂😂😂. They called that a 'gesture of goodwill'🤯. I wasn't happy and according them I'm hard to please 😂😂😂.
Can anyone imagine buying an iPhone, it failing on the first day, Apple replaces it, and that also fails, and then Apple's response is to go and repair it yourself and they'll get a discount on their next iPhone - and they call that a 'gesture of goodwill'😂. Oh, and if you're not happy about that, they accuse you of being hard to please 😂😂😂.
That's essentially what Nialaya Jewelry done for me and it's the funniest customer service ever 😂😂😂.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I wanted to share an honest and, as far as possible, objective review of my experience with both the products and customer service.
In short, I have now had two bracelets fall apart within days of wearing them. The first was replaced, which I appreciated. However, when the replacement also failed almost immediately, the response was that I should pay to have it repaired myself, with a 30% discount on a future purchase offered as a gesture of goodwill.
That feels rather bizarre. The product failed twice, yet I am expected to spend my own time and money putting it right. Offering me a discount on another product after two faulty bracelets does not feel like going the extra mile.
My experience was as follows.
I bought a Blue Lapis bracelet, but it was faulty almost straight away. Within around five minutes of wearing it, the clasp came off and the beads went everywhere. I then had to pay a jeweller to add some beads back on and repair it.
To be fair, they did send me a replacement free of charge, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the replacement bracelet also fell apart within about a week. I was simply sitting at my desk when I noticed the clasp had failed again, and the beads were once more scattered everywhere.
When I raised this with the CEO, the first response was to ask whether I had been using it incorrectly, which I found odd given that it is a bracelet. I am not sure how one uses a bracelet incorrectly.
The proposed solution was then for me to have the bracelet repaired myself, at my own inconvenience and expense, while being offered 30% off a future purchase - which he considered an offer of goodwill.
Overall, I am disappointed, especially when I can buy a similar product on amazon for 20% the price of these.

Update, June 5 2025: Since posting this review, I was contacted directly by Jannik Olander, Founder & CEO of Nialaya, who personally reached out to apologise.
His message was candid and sincere and he acknowledged the failure, took full responsibility and explained that the case had been mishandled by an inexperienced team member without adequate oversight. He also confirmed that appropriate internal steps are being taken to prevent a recurrence.
The refund has now been processed.
In fairness, I believe the way a company responds when things go wrong says as much about them as the original issue. The personal outreach from the CEO was unexpected and, in my view, genuinely meant. I hope this update provides a fuller picture for anyone reading.

While the products are of sufficient quality for fashion jewelry, their return handling for EU Customers through REVER certainly isn't.
Waiting for a 200 € refund since March and am running in circles between Nialaya and their service provider REVER: at first, the by REVER provided address could not be found by DHL, then after weeks Nialaya offered a return label to their HQ in the US, where the parcel arrived empty (?) and despite them green-lighting the refund to REVER 5 weeks ago, I still did not receive my money.
From an EU Customer protection point of view, this practice is as close to malicious as it could get.
Return date: March 15
No refund: June 3
If you're from the EU and uncertain about your purchase, rather look for alternatives to save yourself some genuine headache!

I initially had a disappointing experience with Nialaya due to product quality issues and a lack of response from customer service.
However, after voicing my disappointment in a review here, I was contacted directly by CEO Jannik Olander, who personally took ownership of the situation and took the time to handle my case.
I genuinely appreciate the effort and care that went into resolving the issue. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the issue has now been fully resolved.
While my initial experience was frustrating, I have to give credit where it’s due. The level of personal service and follow-up I received from Jannik was exceptional and beyond what I expected.
Thank you for taking this seriously and making it right.

The bracelet I ordered was great but was a bit larger than expected and required an exchange. The exchange process was amazingly fast. I received my replacement within an extremely short period of time. Possibly the quickest exchange and service I have ever experienced.

I liked the frequent updates regarding my order & I received it in a week, ordered 2 mens bracelets from the UK.
My only complaint/ suggestion would be to the open & close of the bracelet.
It is very difficult to do it by myself & it would be better if you replace the manual opening and closing of the bracelet to a magnetic one like my Swarovski mens bracelet.
It saves time and prevents frustration!
