I can’t say enough good things about Nialaya Jewelry and Jannik. After a small issue with one of our pieces, the owner personally reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they replace the item, but they also took extra care to ensure everything was perfect and even included a thoughtful gift as an apology.

It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products and values their customers the way Nialaya does. The quality of their jewelry is exceptional, and the personal touch in their service made us feel genuinely appreciated.

Jeg købte et sæt armbånd til min mand. Det var desværre for småt, og kunne ikke fås i den rigtige str., så jeg skal have det sendt retur. Det koster 10 USD, hvilket er ok, men det skal sendes tilbage til USA, selvom det er leveret fra Virum i Danmark, og jeg kan ikke få forsendelsespapirer eller andet, det kan guide mig til returforsendelsen, kun adressen. At sende varerne tilbage til USA er temmelig dyrt og vil bla. kræve, at jeg betaler told (igen). Det er umuligt at komme i kontakt med kundesupport. Så jeg står med armbånd til 500 USD,, som min mand ikke kan bruge, og som jeg ikke kan sende retur ...

Have shopped at Nialaya several times, and it’s always a pleasure. Shipping to Denmark is super easy, and customs/VAT are already included in the price, so there are no unpleasant surprises.
The quality is fantastic even the gold plating lasts for many years, despite me often wearing my jewelry while playing padel. The designs are both timeless and unique, and I always receive compliments when wearing them. I love their handcrafted pieces and distinctive designs. Nialaya is simply different from any other jewelry brand, and you know you’re getting true value for money.
The service is outstanding fast, helpful, and personal. You can really feel that they care about their customers. I can only give Nialaya my warmest recommendations for anyone who wants unique and cool Men’s Jewelry.

Just to clarify: All of our jewelry is handmade with certified materials, and every item sold on Farfetch is 100% authentic. Farfetch is one of the world’s most trusted fashion platforms and a valued long-time partner of ours.

As for your earrings — if they’ve darkened, that’s a natural oxidation process common with real 925 sterling silver. It’s chemistry, not conspiracy, and it can be easily cleaned. Not a big deal really 😅

We’re also a bit puzzled by your comment about us “coming into your email.” We’re not exactly in the business of inbox invasions — and we don't know Your email. You left a 1-star review here on Trustpilot, and we’re simply replying publicly to offer help. That’s usually how this works. 😉

From $576 Worth of Jewelry to a Full-On Nightmare: Nialaya’s Quality and Customer Service Are a Complete Disaster

purchased four pieces of jewelry from Nyalaya, hoping for long-lasting, high-quality accessories that I could wear on special occasions. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with the durability of most of them, especially considering I spent $375 in total.

The first item I bought was the Simplicity bracelet. Despite wearing it fewer than 20 times — and always removing it before washing my hands, storing it in its original pouch, and placing it in a jewelry box — it has already started to tarnish. That was concerning, but things got worse with the Gentleman bracelet. I’ve worn it fewer than 10 times, only for formal meetings, and it's already scratched and has noticeable color fading. Again, I stored it carefully like the Simplicity bracelet.

The beaded bracelet is the only piece that has held up well, which I appreciate. It’s gone through the same careful use and storage and still looks good.

However, the most disappointing piece is the rope chain. Not only has it tarnished, but in several places, the plating has worn off completely — revealing the alloy underneath. This happened despite me wearing it only occasionally and storing it just like the others.

I took care of every piece properly and expected much better longevity for the price. At this price point, quality and durability should be a given — not a gamble. I genuinely love the style and aesthetic Nyalaya offers, but I can’t overlook how quickly three of the four pieces degraded with minimal use.

I’m sharing this with the hope that Nyalaya will take this feedback seriously and work on improving their quality. I’m not just disappointed — I feel let down after putting trust (and a substantial amount of money) into a brand I wanted to support. The items were brought from Miinto, and Boozt.

Update: After leaving my initial review, I reached out directly to Nialaya to discuss the issues I’ve experienced with several of their pieces of jewelry.

I highlighted the wear and fading of the plating on bracelets and a necklace, which I had worn for a short period of time under conditions that should not have caused this. In their response, I was informed that wear on gold-plated jewelry is a natural process, particularly on moving parts, and that this can happen regardless of price or quality.

Nialaya did not offer any form of solution or compensation, nor did they suggest professional refinishing or anything else, as they believe that wear on their jewelry is inevitable.

I had direct communication with the CEO of Nialaya, and despite explaining my concerns, they did not offer any resolution that would address my issues or meet my expectations, i told them I was open to their solutions, but wasn’t given any, instead in their final response they indicated that they couldn’t find a solution that would be fair for both parties, and they ended the communication without offering any further assistance, even though they didn’t try to offer me a solution.

It’s clear to me that Nialaya doesn’t stand behind their products when issues arise, and based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here. Save your time and money – there are better brands that actually care about customer satisfaction and product quality.

TLDR:

I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the CEO, and to be honest, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect example of how NOT to handle a customer complaint. Instead of listening, empathizing, or offering any kind of solution, I was met with excuses, condescension, and a total refusal to acknowledge that their products might just be a bit subpar. Apparently, it’s normal for gold-plated jewelry to lose its shine and fade that quickly. Sure, if you're selling overpriced trinkets and expect your customers to just deal with it.

So here’s a little tip for anyone thinking about buying from Nialaya: Don’t. There are way better brands out there who actually care about their customers and stand behind their products. If you want to pay premium prices for jewelry that looks good for a week, go ahead. But don’t expect any support if things go south.

I’ve already done the legwork for you. Don’t waste your time and money.

I wore your jewelry less than 20 times each, and I’m still disappointed with the lack of solution offered. Just to clarify, it was Boozt, not you, that refunded me for one of the pieces. I still have two tarnished bracelets, and based on your response, it’s clear this is just dropshipped jewelry dressed up as something special.

I’m glad others can now see how you handle these issues, so they’ll know exactly what they’re getting into. Frankly, this has been the most unserious interaction I’ve ever had with a brand. It’s hard to understand why you question my dissatisfaction when the only function my jewelry now serves is as a paperweight. 😶

I think it’s important to highlight that we proudly serve thousands of happy customers in over 150 countries and never receive complaints about our extra-thick, extra-strong plating. I’m sorry to say we simply couldn’t meet your expectations.

You wanted to keep the jewelry, get your money back, and leave a one-star review — unfortunately, even we don’t have that kind of magic trick.

You were already refunded for one piece, and you have expressed 100% satisfaction with another. So, effectively, you have two pieces of jewelry you’ve worn for months, which now show a few scratches — something that can happen regardless of how carefully jewelry is stored. Jewelry is made to be worn, and wear naturally results from that.

While we always strive to assist our customers, there’s only so much we can do when fundamental expectations don’t align with reality. Given the length of your review, it’s quite clear that you are not easily pleased.
