Damaged necklace

Necklace is damaged, no response from customer service regarding my complaint.
Furthermore I have to pay an additional 73 dollar to send the necklace back and make a new purchase (same model).

I have placed my order 6 days ago (order number is 67802). I am hoping that Nialaya will be true
to its promise to deliver the product I have ordered, on or before October 29, as I am going to used that jewelry on my 40th birthday celebration.

Best support ever:-))

Back in 2019 my wife gave me a Dorje Flatbed bracelet in Blue Tiger Eye and gold for my birthday, I've worn it practically every day since, three weeks ago I accidentally pulled too hard on it and the lace broke.
Contacted their support crew and apparently it was still under warranty:-)) I sent it to Denmark where goldsmith Tina worked her magic on it, I got it back two days ago, like new:-))
I have nothing but the highest praise for both the quality of their merchandise and the fact that their support team is top-notch.

Excellent service and quality!

Initial mistake with wrong item being sent was quickly rectified. Unbelievably quick shipping from LA to the UK - if first package had been correct then it would have been unreal…but even with rectifying the mistake and resending the correct item + a free gift as way of apology for inconvenience the correct item arrived within just a few days of placing the order. Very impressed with the level of service and how quick the guys rectified a mistake. The quality of the item (Nail Ring with Dorje engraving) is excellent and will become a staple piece of my jewellery. Overall extremely impressed.

The delivery took 9 days after the order was placed. However, the products do not correspond to the quality as described on the website.
The prices are disproportionate to the quality.
To be honest, this is pure rip-off!

It's crucial to note that each bracelet is meticulously handcrafted, bead by bead, in Los Angeles. Moreover, the wire utilized in the "Wrap around bracelet" is sterling silver, as clearly stated. Therefore, there is indeed silver present in your bracelets. However, we opt for steel in these specific bracelets due to its superior durability—it doesn't tarnish, lose its shine, or succumb to dullness or dirtiness, unlike silver. Upon receiving the bracelets back You can expect a full return and we wish you good luck and positive energy as it's clearly needed. 😉

Placed an order. 11 days later, still no communication from Nialaya.

Nialaya claims to ship international in 3-5 business days….

Contacted customer service, more than three days later and still no respons.

Nialaya claims te respond in 24-48 hours….

I’ll have to contact my creditcard company in order to get my money back.

I dont recommend doing business with Nialaya.

Super kundeservice

Har flere Nialaya produkter - uheldigvis havde jeg en skade på et armbånd - kontaktede kundeservice som tilbød en løsning af problemet. Og bare 3 dage senere så var problemet løst. Super tilfreds med deres produkter og sjældent jeg får så god en kundeservice når jeg har handlet på nettet.

Great products and wonderful customer service

I’m happy I’ve finally found a great jewelry shop online since it’s been very hit and miss for me until now. You can tell these pieces are really up to standard.

As for customer service they're one of the best I have experienced. On one order a ring was out of stock and I could pick a new ring to replace it with. I was also looking for another specific ring which wasn't available on the site. The CEO told me he still had one in the store and sent me a personal link so I could buy it. Amazing customer service.
