I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Nialaya. Always high quality and standout designs. There has only been one time when the product (a custom design) did not match my expectations but I received the best help from their CEO Jannik. He made sure I got a replacement (for free) and it all ended up just perfect. I will definitely buy more Nialaya jewelry in the future.

Bought a nice men´s bracelet on their homepage/webshop last week and received it already. Just as beautiful as on the pictures! Really nice experience unboxing it as well...Super cool packaging. Will 100% visit their shop on my next visit to LA.

After a lovely ring that I purchased developed a problem requiring repair, and the ring getting lost when the shipping company destroyed its packaging, Nialaya stepped up and went the extra mile to help. I cannot recommend them too highly, and hope to make many more purchases.

Changing my review since I made the experience of a very good and highly recommended customer service after all. The company owner contacted me directly and did everything possible to help me change my order to what I needed. He apologized so many times, all though it was not really his mistake. initially, my item was a pre-order, and it was a birthday gift. however, Amirahelped me. We emailed each other back and forth, then decided to order a different necklace. the pearl and metal mixing was nice and beautiful, my partner likes it a lot. def will buy more items there

As many people who are in the process of proposing, I had to buy a ring - and obviously got the wrong size.

Living literally on the other side of the world from the Nialaya HQ, I was already prepared to have to wait ages to get the right size back (if ever). I was also on a tight schedule (don't propose on an exotic vacation, kids, in particular with the wrong ring!) and felt a bit hopeless about the whole ring situation.

HOWEVER.

The customer service was spectacularly efficient (shout out to everyone who helped me). I sent the ring back and in the matter of 3 days from arriving in LA it was already back in London. In the right size this time!

In summary: if you want to propose, buy the right size. Or buy the wrong one on Nialaya and you will be just fine.

Nialaya is one of the best companies around in regards to overall customer service and product quality. I purchased a bracelet from them and after over a year of wearing it hiking and climbing it started to fray. Nialaya had me send the bracelet back and repaired it within the month. Definitely one of my favorite jewelry companies, and everyone is fantastic to work with!

Jeg har har oplevet at et par af mine smykker har skulle reperes ok konstanten til nialaya har hele vejen været meget professionelt og meget venligt og imødekommende mine smykker er blevet ordnet uden ekstra omkostninger og meget hurtigt.. Kundeservice er altid meget imødekommende og strækker sig langt for at hjælpe.. Så jeg kan virkelig anbefale nialaya og du får top kvalitet for dine penge jeg mener personligt at der ikke findes et online firma der sælger smykker hvor du får så høj kvalitet og service for dine penge.

The package arrived yesterday by me without any problems. Everything was packed very well. It's a pleasure to wear the necklaces. :-)
