They made me a ring that was sold out

I wanted a ring they sold out and emailed them, they reached for a ring size and gave me a custom link to order the ring made for me. Very kind and helpful team of customer support, high quality jewelry

Ring came in, it's absolutely amazing, the best ring I currently own in terms of comfort and looks. Zero complaints.

Holdbare smykker

Har flere smykker fra Nialaya og oplever generelt at smykkerne er af rigtig god kvalitet. Det er de eneste smykker jeg har ejet som har holdt så længe og jeg kan stadig i dag ikke se på dem at de har været i brug næsten 24/7 i over et år.
Jeg havde lidt udfordringer med en halskæde og at komme i kontakt med deres kundeservice, men modtog en ny halskæde og der var heldigvis bare sket en fejl som de fik rettet rigtig fint op på igen.
Jeg handler gerne hos Nialaya igen.

Falls apart and you have beads running everywhere while you chase them.

Hi , the item purchased was done in my partners name which is why you couldn't find it and also the other bracelets were purchased through a 3rd party.
All in all your products are beautiful and it's the band where the beads run threw that appears to be the problem in my case .
I apologise for my comments in regard to pricing and the private jet , but also i don't think sarcasm is the best reply either.
I'd rather remove this review as i was mostly upset when the band broke and beads went down my driveway, you do sell beautiful items.
So please accept my apologies as in the scope of things it was unnecessary.

All our Jewelry is handmade, all the beads are hand-drilled and polished individually by hand too which is why they are so shiny and beautiful. We used real beads not plastic. All our factories have been handpicked by me. They live up to the highest standards and fulfill our sustainability criteria and all our packaging materials stem from recycled input, We donate to Ocean Plastic Clean up & Reforestation. Despite that we offer LIFE TIME guarantee. If you had an issue you needed help with then we offer customer service and a chat service where you directly could chat with my Team here in Los Angeles. I finally find a company that I can…

I finally find a company that I can truly trust, my name is Bob J from Long Island New York. My experience with this company has been a true pleasure, I had ordered a bracelet for myself and unfortunately it was too small.
I contacted the company and was surprised in how quickly they responded to me without me having to deal with a computer generated voice. Their customer service is very professional very outstanding quick to respond to the customers and they will go out of their way to ensure that their customers or treated with respect and understanding. Again I wish there were more companies like this that care about their customers I wish them great success and I thanked them for their professionalism.

Havde udfordringer med mit armbånd

Havde udfordringer med mit armbånd. Snakkede med deres support som hjalp mig til en forhandler i DK der kunne hjælpe med problemet. Dog var der lidt udfordringer med forsendelse osv. men det løste sig heldigvis.

Jeg fik derudover tilsendt et nyt armbånd direkte fra Jannik (Founderen) for min ulejlighed. Så alt i alt en rigtig fin service.

Horrible

Experiencia nefasta. Leed bien la letra pequeña ya que os cobrarán tasas... y no baratas. Ciertos países como España no están contemplados en el envío gratuito, así que he tenido que pagar casi la mitad del importe a mayores en tasas. Y si decides no hacerte cargo, FedEX (que esta compañía es otra que tal baila) te comenta que tienes que abonar 75 euros por cancelación. Horrible, cero recomendable.

When checking out you clearly see if you are being charged shipping. We never charge shipping after you have placed the order. Also, we are sorry about your bad experience with Fedex, but we are not in charge of their policies or shipping cost. They are just one of our several shipping providers we work with.
