Don’t buy from this website. Customs and taxes need to be paid.
Don’t use this website when living in Denmark. It is not located in danmark. It looks like a Danish website. Support of the website is unreachable.
You don’t see anywhere that your item comes from another country. The tooth powder I bought was already very expensive but I thought as shipping is included I will go for it. Now I have to pay customs and taxes on top of the already super expensive product.
It is a scam!

Jeg er supergodt tilfreds med mit køb…
Jeg er supergodt tilfreds med mit køb af briller mod lyssensivitet og synes de er af god kvalitet. Levering som lovet på hjemmesiden (lidt lang ventetid). Pakken skulle toldbehandles men det har NineLife lovet at de refunderer. Så alt i alt er jeg godt tilfreds med købsforløbet.

Lad være at købe fra dette firma,hvis du vil undgå told!! Det er IKKE et dansk firma. Det er overpriser + told . Det er bare en uærlig måde at føre forretning på. Min fejl var ikke at få tjekket trustpilot inden køb og så stole på at fordi siden hedder .dk ,så var man sikret det var dansk 😣

Thyroid Support - Bugleweed, Motherwort and Lemon Balm
I bought “Thyroid Support - Bugleweed, Motherwort and Lemon Balm” - fantastic product! T4 and T3 were almost down to normal after 10 days!
I ordered on 31.01.26 and received the product (in Denmark) on 20.02.26: approx. 15 working days for the transport.
Customs was sorted but there was a charge for VAT and handling from the carrier of DKK 199,- This delayed the shipment by 1 day.
From now on I know that I have to order well in advance - because the product is fantastic 🤩

For det første - det er IKKE er dansk eller europæisk site - det er amerikansk. Så du skal betale moms plus et afsindigt administrationsgebyr.... hvordan skulle du vide det når det er et dansk site ????
De sender dig i tillæg produkter til 110V mens brugervejledning skriver 220V.....ja du tænker rigtigt der går ikke godt.
Når du så forholder virksomheden problemet hvorefter de sender dig i byen efter en 'step up converter' hvor det faktisk er en step-down inverter du skal bruge (det vidste jeg dog godt).
Men hvorfor bliver det mit problem at de markedsfører produkter til Danmark der ikke fungerer i Danmark ???
Nu har jeg så et defekt produkt de vare vio fedte af på mig....

Import taxes — misleading shipping with no warning
Invoiced 175 DKK extra in import taxes — misleading and unethical from a ".dk" website.
Without any warning, I got a 175 dkk invoice for an item purchased on ninelife.dk.

My mum thought she ordered 2 pieces of Bioniq toothpaste from a Danish website. She payed 368,- Danish Kr.!!!!
Now she has to pay another 165,95 for custom to receive it, and I can see from her mail that it is only 1 piece of toothpaste she ordered - 533,95 kroner????

It took a little, before my order arrived
Even I had to pay a tiny amount in customs, I'm happy with the delivery. NineLife reimbursed my what I had to pay additionally in customs clearance

Unsure of where this business is based
The website is a scam. I didn't realise until I googled the address and the phone number. It belongs to other scam websites. I asked for a refund, and it didn't come through.
Latest status 29/1/2026
I wrote again to customer service (4th time) and finally the refund initiated. It is still being processed, so I will see through it that it happens.
Final status 31/1/2026
Finally the refund came through after multiple chats with an agent.

Scam firma - Sender IKKE fra DK, du kommer til at betale moms
Dette er IKKE et dansk firma. De sender IKKE fra Danmark.
Du vil blive opkrævet moms og du vil skulle bruge en masse tid på at kommunikere med deres support. Find et andet sted at bruge dine penge og tid.
Virksomheden skrev på deres hjemmeside at varerne sendes fra DK, så derfor valgte jeg at bruge deres service. Men så kom der er en moms opkrævning fra PostNord. Som en konsekvens har jeg skrevet en mail og bedt om en refundering og ringet til deres kundeservice, hvor jeg fik et indisk call center i røret.
Jeg venter fortsat på at få mine penge retur.
