We received a great service from RSG. After scouting around for companies, Natasha replied promptly and looked like the best company to instruct for our level 3 building survey. The report came back in a timely manor as promised and with great detail. There was assurance along the way including a thorough phone call after the survey had been completed.

Everything from initial contact to questions deriving from the report have been seamless.

Very happy with the survey. The report was thorough, and clear enough so the very important things stand out immediately. The process itself was pretty straightforward, I was updated along all the steps, and got a call on the day of the inspection to get the highlights, and what to expect in the report.

Very happy with the level 3 building report provided by NJS Property Group. Ruby kindly managed to fit us in to avoid further delays with the purchase process, and Natasha completed the inspection. I received a detailed report of the findings along with any actions/considerations ahead of progressing with the property. Natasha called on the day of the inspection with a high-level overview of the findings, which was very much appreciated, and the detailed report followed a few days later. Crucially, the report highlighted a crack in the garage that needed further investigation, and something that we would not have picked up without this survey in place. Would recommend and use again when needed.

Natasha did a very comprehensive survey that came with a lot of defects in the Hause, she made herself available 3 times so that we could ask follow up questions to understand well the problem detected, and gave recommendations about other surveyors for damp and structural engineer.

My experience with the company NJS Property group and the surveyor was absolutely brilliant. From the start communication was very efficient, regular and professional.

Everything was well explained including the level 3 building reports. This report is extremely detailed, well organised and explained. It so full of relevant, important and detailed information. It has given me extra insight on the property I am purchasing.

Well the information guided me to find further issues with that particular property, so I didn’t proceed with the sale. I am extremely grateful because this has saved me £1000’s.

What is even better is each part of the report has images and is easily explained thoroughly. The surveyor Natasha is absolutely brilliant and anyone I know who is looking for a property I will 100% recommend her.

A fantastic service, Natasha was great from our first call and very personable which made a difference. The level 3 survey we had carried out was very thorough and detailed.
