I don’t order anything that is being shipped from China. It’s either a scam or it’s not what you thought you ordered so good luck getting your money back. They want you to pay to send product back to china. Good luck with that. I have been burnt several times and I make it a point if it comes from china rather then a store her in the states it’s a no go for me. Don’t trust them at all.

My husband ordered the Norelie red…
My husband ordered the Norelie red light with the free gifts on December 28, 2024. Our credit card was charged right away yet he never received an order number and hasn't received any of the products he was supposed to get. It has been over 2 weeks since he placed the order and he get's emails almost every day asking him to purchase other products and asking him how he likes the product he already purchased....how can he review something he hasn't received! He also received an email today regarding a subscription he never signed up for and that he would be getting an invoice for another shipment which he never agreed to. How can this be when he never even received what he originally ordered! We have no order number or tracking number. I believe this company to be a scam. I'll be contacting my State Attorney General's Office to try and resolve this.

UPDATE: I spoke with Norelie customer service back on 01/20/2025 and they said there had been a backorder on one of the free items but it was available again so our entire order would be getting shipped out. It is now 02/07/25, almost 3 weeks later, and we still have not received our order!! They have had our $149.95 since December and from other reviews I have read people have gotten their orders but we have not!! They need to refund us our money since they apparently aren't going to send us our order!!

I bought a product and I was subsequently charged for a subscription. I didn’t purchase a subscription nor did I see where a subscription was added. I even attempted to repurchase the product to see where the subscription detailed. I found nothing to indicate there was a subscription included. Furthermore, when I requested a refund (when I found out I was charged) y’all canceled my subscription but refused to refund. I hope the money y’all stole from me was worth the negative reviews I intend to post about your company.

I received the therapy wand yesterday and it does not work the light never came on. I reported this with no answer to my question I would like an explanation and a working wand

I placed my order Dec. 28th from their RedRevive site. The cold laser wand continues to be promoted with deals of 65% off yet I am still waiting for delivery. The last time I checked my wand had left China & was at the original airport. I am not sure what that means. Norelie USA?

Buyer Beware
After my initial order, I was concerned that I did not receive a confirmation via email. Saw that my card had been charged so called the number on the bank statement. My call was dropped three times. After finally reaching a CSR, I was informed that delivery was typically 7-9 days after the order. However, I was given an account number. As far as I can tell, my order is still sitting on the shipping dock in China, 15 days after my order was placed.

Fraud?
I echo others who question the legitimacy of this outfit.
In their own words, "Your last order with us was over a month ago" as they send me spam to buy more junk from them. I still haven't received anything!
BTW, humans don't read these reviews or write their responses. These dubious folks use an AI engine to try to pacify us lied to customers.

I have experienced the exact same outcome as Sue McCullough. Every aspect was the same with the same runaround on order number, etc. I have provided a copy of my “Order Confirmation” (which contained no order number) as well as a copy of the payment information from my credit card. I placed my order on 1/3.and paid on 1/3. The website asserts “Fast Free Delivery”. My correspondence from them today is that they will “look into it”. Ten days far exceeds their “Fast Free Delivery” ‘promise’. I’ve got that sickening, empty feeling in the pit of my stomach. Buyer beware!
This is an update to my earlier review for Norelie. I finally received my order today. I have exchanged around 20 emails with their customer support group. It is my opinion that they are simply overwhelmed. They repeatedly provided shipping information which never proved accurate. Although being overwhelmed is a not legitimate excuse for inaccurate information, I do understand the complexity of. Importing goods.
The product was exactly as advertised, was extremely well packed, and the order was complete. I lo9k forward to my first use!
If you are considering placing an order I suggest you overlook the stated shipping time and anticipate waiting a month for delivery.

Asked me how I like my purchase.
Asked me how I like my purchase when I haven't received it yet. Made my purchase and it showed delivery in 8 to 12 business days. Last update on day 12 showed it still hadn't been loaded on the plain in China.

Satisfaction guaranteed
After a short delay, product was dropped at my front door. I have used the light therapy on a recent (1 week) surgery site after the sutures were removed. Gave my hand a warm glowing feeling, and showed slightly more mobility.
