Excellent service from start to finish. Anuki and Nirukja handled our house purchase professionally and proactively throughout — they were quick to chase the seller's solicitors whenever things stalled, and turned around enquiries and searches promptly, which kept everything moving smoothly. There were a few bumps along the way, but they reassured us and helped us feel confident throughout, which made a real difference. They were also friendly and genuinely helpful at every stage, always happy to explain things and answer questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.

First Class Service- Fantastic
This was truly a great fantastic journey with the NOVA team. I only had 7 weeks to complete or I would not be able to get my home. Asjaadh Saleeth, Aneegha and the rest of the team gave me some much confidence in what was told was an impossible task to complete a leasehold house. But with this challenging task they was able to push the completion through. It was very tough and go in place, but with there had work, cooperation, communication and determination. They mad this happen and took me through on each part of the journey.
I’m truly impressed with the service I had from the team and would recommend them to anyone buying a new home.

I had less than a month to secure a house after the flat I had been pursuing for four months fell through. First Class all round
When we were asked if we wanted to use Nova Legal, I have to say we had reservations as they were recommended by the estate agent and we like to keep things separate when buying a house. However, we have to say that we are so pleased that we used them. We have found all the staff, no matter who you spoke to, were very professional and efficient. We used them for a sale and purchase. We have to say a special mention and thank you to our team, Anuki Edrisinha and Nathasha De Alwis who dealt with the sale/purchase. Both these ladies were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, you could email and they would answer quickly or call you. We cannot fault anything that they did to be honest. Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation. If we could give them 10 stars we would.

Nova were amazing through my house purchase and title transfer
Nova were amazing through out the process - clear comms and support when needed. I could usually speak to Rachel Bayford and she'd always call or email back.
I was due to exchange & complete on Friday 28th August ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend. Sarah and Rachel went the extra mile and made if happen at 5:29pm they received funds to transfer to vendor's solicitor at 5:11pm..

Great and attentive service
I had a great experience with Nova Legal handling the conveyancing for my flat's mortgage renewal. Kavindya Ratnadasa and Sumaiya Shabdeen were excellent supporting me from start to finish, communicating and responding quickly by email and keeping me updated through all of the different stages, making everything really clear. They were attentive too, following up with calls to explain anything I was unsure about, and always happy to escalate my questions to the right people. They also helped manage some difficult stakeholders on my behalf, which took a lot of pressure off. I'd happily use them again and would recommend them to anyone going through a mortgage or remortgage.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
My sale and purchase collapsing days before completion due to complete incompetence. A loan against my property was/is supposed to be ported to new purchase property. This was flagged, questioned and confirmed with them multiple times throughout the process then 6 days before completion they deny all knowledge of its existence! Thankfully I have paper trail but that's not gonna help me at this point. I'm probably gonna have to pay an £8000 loan taking money earmarked for a wheelchair accessible vehicle and urgent repairs on new property. It's also likely to delay completion meaning the loss of £1200 removal costs paid to secure date. I'm beyond devastated as this could actually collapse and it will be the end of me. No words (that I can write hear!) I'm still hoping they can salvage this. Hopefully they do and I can update review...watch this space
