Inspection
Janet led my inspection today. She was very honest about the process and gave me all the information I need to proceed. Janet showed me her identification on arrival helping me feel at ease and was just generally a lovely person. I will definitely recommend tenants advice to anybody in need. Thank you

Very professional throughout inspection. Explained in detail about why and how the inspection would work and what to do going forward. Listened to any concerns that were raised and gave an honest opinion on whether the query could be dealt with or not.
