Wish I had read the reviews. I’ve had nutribullet for years. Just ordered a new one (probably about my 7th over 10 years) on reflection not a great lifespan per blender. Normally buy from Argos or Currys. This time went direct to Nutribullet as had a 10% off voucher. Ordered the next day delivery. Had to phone them as did not get delivered next day. Was told “warehouse has let them down” will definitely arrive tomorrow. Day three and got an email saying will be delivered and it’s with Evri. Wasn’t able to track on the link so I emailed Nutribullet. They gave tracking number and said it was confirmed out for delivery today. Waited until about 5pm and decided to look at the Evri tracking which said it had been received but not out for delivery. Shocking company. I have emailed them requesting a refund. I will buy a ninja blender and see whether they are better.

Pongo una estrella porque sino no me admite comentario peque la verdad es que si pudiera poner en negativo la estrella lo haría. Compré una Nutribullet ultra a finales de febrero de este año. Al mes dejo de funcionar. Como la adquirí en El Corte Inglés me dirigí allí y me enviaron al servicio técnico. Y estamos en agosto y sigue en reparación. He hablado con atención al cliente de Nutribullet y todos no me han dado una respuesta… y lo único cierto es que lleva más tiempo en reparación que usándolo en mi casa. Por eso este es mi comentario…. DECEPCIÓN por el producto.. no tiene sentido que en un mes se estropee y PENOSA la atención al cliente en el servicio técnico y en el de Nutribullet. La conclusión es que NO volveré a comprar ningún producto Nutribullet y por supuesto no recomiendo en ningún caso la compra de este producto. Extremely bad quality and service
One star is for the product WHEN it worked. Nutribullet Ultra blender was perfect for my daily smoothies, and I was very careful to follow the instructions (there is a lot!), but after less than 6 months of use it started smelling burned when using it.
Wrote nutribullet and they asked a lot of questions, a lot of them was also repeated. It felt like they offered customer blame instead of service.
I had hoped to get it fixed but it broke 3 weeks ago, and I'm not any closer to get a refund.
A broken machine that has been used following the instructions and is less than one year old should be a very simple case of a replacement /refund, but apparently HQ need to think about it for a loooong time.
I will not buy Nutribullet again!
Nutribullet 900 - order missed whilst holding my money
Placed an order for a Nutribullet 900 on the 8th July for next day delivery (after 8pm and so would've expected it today, 10th as was after their cut-off for true next day delivery).
Called today 10th July to receive an update on order progress only to be told that the website "let me place an order for an out of stock product and that it wasn't available". A replacement product (identical model but different colour) was offered which was fine.
What was not fine, however, was the way the sales rep spoke to me regarding the error on their end which he was completely oblivious to until I mentioned it. He suggested that they received "thousands of orders a day and cannot possibly keep up with them all". Baring in mind this company has sold over 50 million products according to their website. So they would've kept my money and me in the dark and i'd be none the wiser?
The rep seemed okay with letting me wait in perpetuity for an item that was never going to come, with no method their end to have discovered this issue - the rep was unaware of the situation until I told him and downplayed the situation; acting like it was fine. I asked if the rep would be able to provide a partial refund as a good will gesture and was flat out told no. I will be placing an order with another reputable brand who will be able to fulfil my order or at the very least inform me if my order will not be processed.
Expected more from this company, unfortunately, and will not be using them in the future.

Le transporteur confirme et m'appui mais rien de la part du service client qui est inexistant .

Ik heb via Ah een nutribullet besteld, 2 x gebruikt nu veel stank, schimmel? Contact opgenomen, antwoord: de koolborstels stinken na paar keer gebruik gaat dat over! Dat was het antwoord… heel raar aangezien er echt een schimmelgeur aan zit. Baal ontzettend want maar 2 x gebruikt. Dit is echt een hele slechte service. En ook een hele dure. Advies koop het niet want het is duurkoop!
Uiteindelijk is het probleem opgelost! Er is een nieuwe motor naar me opgestuurd. Ik ben er blij mee!

Don't order from their website. The discount code does not work that they promise. Their support is so slow that it has no use communicating with them. Also they don't read what you ask them, it seems their only objective is to wait so long that the problem will go away.
Zeer slechte klantenservice
Zeer slechte klantenservice. Ik heb in december mijn nutribullet zwaar beschadigd ontvangen. Heb direct een mail gestuurd met de vraag hoe we dit konden oplossen. Een retourlabel ontvangen zodat ik deze retour zou kunnen sturen. Helaas was dit geen origineel label en kon ik het pakket niet afleveren bij een UPS punt. Heb hierom klantenservice gebeld en gemaild met de vraag of ze een ander label hadden of een antwoordnummer zodat het pakket retour kon. Tot op heden heel veel hiervoor nog gebeld en gemaild naar de klantenservice omdat ik nu het incassobureau achter mij aan krijg.

Zeer slechte service.
Ik heb voor de derde keer een defect nutribullet ontvangen.
De eerste keer heb ik de Nutribullet retour gestuurd en mijn geld teruggekregen. Toen ik vervolgens opnieuw bestelde en het product weer defect aankwam, heb ik direct contact opgenomen via mail en telefoon. Mij werd toen verzekerd dat de volgende Nutribullet goed verpakt zou worden en in goede staat zou aankomen. Helaas bleek dit niet het geval en moest ik zelf opnieuw een bestelling plaatsen.
Na nogmaals contact te hebben gehad met de klantenservice, werd mij wéér beloofd dat deze derde bestelling correct verpakt en zonder schade zou worden geleverd. Maar tot mijn grote frustratie is ook deze keer de Nutribullet gedeukt aangekomen.
Ik heb inmiddels meerdere keren moeten bellen, mailen en telkens weer naar het postkantoor moeten gaan. Dit hele proces kost mij onnodig veel tijd en moeite, terwijl ik simpelweg een niet gedeukt product verwacht. Ik begrijp niet hoe dit telkens mis kan blijven gaan…..

Ordered a Nutribullet cup, Misleading Productpage, Slow Support, and a Broken Return Process.
Ordered a Nutribullet cup, but the product page failed to mention it was for a different model. When I contacted support, they took nearly two weeks to respond, only to give a generic answer that put the burden on me to return it. Their own site claims the return label is in my email or account, it’s in neither, and now I risk missing their 30-day return window waiting for another slow response. Feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid refunds. Won’t be buying from them again.

Dear Nutribullet Team,
I appreciate your reply, but your statement does not align with my experience. The product page for the cup I purchased did not clearly specify that it was for a "Blender Combo" model—it only mentioned "Nutribullet", I have screenshots of the webpage that as of time of writing, still show just nutribullet. As an owner of a Nutribullet, there was no reason for me to doubt its compatibility. If the correct model had been clearly stated, I would not have made the purchase.
Additionally, your delayed response left me with little time to navigate your 30-day return policy. And despite your claim that the return note should be available in my email or account, it is in neither place, making the return process unnecessarily difficult, not even the order is in my account.
Given that this issue stems from a lack of proper labeling on your website, I expect a full refund, including the original shipping cost, as well as a prepaid return label to cover the return. This is the fair resolution, as I should not bear additional costs for an error caused by incomplete product information.
Please confirm how you will proceed.

Buenos días pues esta marca es una impresentable hice una devolución el el cinco de diciembre y todavía estoy esperando a que me ingresen dicha devolución, me equivoqué en el producto y hice la devolución y todavía estoy esperando desde el día 12 de diciembre que llegó allí la devolución unos impresentables
En respuesta a su contestación,mi número de pedido es HYCES14795097 y lo devolví el el 5 del 12 del 2024 el número de expediente es 6040469.El día 12 de Diciembre llegó a Italia y desde entonces sigo esperando la devolución de los 2 vasos,llamé por teléfono y me dicen que es cosa de nutribullet Italia...

Cuidado si devuelves, no retornan el dinero.
Servicio al cliente nefasto.
Compré en el Black Friday unos vasos de repuesto y los devolví porque no eran compatibles con mi batidora. He contactado varias veces (por mail y teléfono) para indicarles que no he recibido el importe de la devolución y ahora después de casi 2 meses ya lo doy por perdido, abandono!!. NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR AQUÍ Y SI LO HACES, TEN CUIDADO POR SI LO DEVUELVES, "NUNCA RECIBIRÁS EL IMPORTE DEL DINERO POR MUCHO QUE DIGAN QUE EN UNOS DÍAS LO TENDRÁS EN TU CUENTA". No es una empresa seria y cruzo los dedos para no tener ningún tipo de avería en mi batidora porque ya sé que no responderán.
Con respecto a la respuesta recibida el día 31/01/2025: he contactado con atención al cliente 6 veces por escrito y 2 por teléfono. Ya no pierdo más el tiempo, siempre es lo mismo "se ha remitido al departamento correspondiente de De'longhi" y ya está. No vuelvo a comprar nada más de este grupo

I wrote a review here on January 8th, and as you can see from their reply, they asked me to share my order details and contact information. However, they didn’t even provide any contact information for me to use, leaving me with no way to proceed. I searched online and found one service email. I sent them a message, but now they’re telling me to contact my country’s email support, something I’ve already been doing for nearly two months with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I’m honestly at a loss for words to describe such a lack of professionalism.
