C’est vraiment HONTEUX ! J’ai fait une commande il y a 15 jours et toujours RIEN REÇU! Le service Client est nul , ils ont pas d’infos sur ma commande et un service e-commerce doit me contacter depuis au moins une semaine. Et toujours RIEN ! J’ai été débité, j’ai envoyé les justificatifs . Cela fait 3 fois que je contacte le SAV et la dernière conseillère à fermé le chat après me dire «  dossier en cours, je relance ». achetez sur Amazon et pas sur le site nutribullet ! Ils sont vraiment médiocres !

I used a NutriBullet blender for years and liked it so I purchased the Nutribullet immersion blender that came with extra accessories like the food processor, whisk attachment and a storage container. The product looks very well-made and it was affordable.

However, the blade attachment started collecting water inside the plastic housing that connects to the power handle. You can shake the blade attachment and hear water swooshing inside. Not very sanitary or safe. I only washed this facing down with hot water and soap, nothing else, no dishwasher or soaking. I thought it was a fluke so I contacted customer service. They took over a week to respond and asked for the barcode with the product. I gave it to them and apparently, they couldn’t just send a new blade attachment; they had to send me the entire unit brand new which isn’t very sustainable at all but ok, now I have double the accessories.

Replacement blade housing was used once and also collected water inside the plastic housing. Contacted customer service again and unknowingly to me, they asked for the product barcode again and said I couldn’t use the original/old one and it had to be the replacement’s barcode. I didn’t know this and already tossed it out. After going back and forth on email for 2 weeks, they asked me to call a 800 number but the hold was too long.

So much wasted time that if I had known sooner, I could’ve just returned the product to the retail store I got it from. I’ll sell the remaining parts of this on eBay and then buy a KitchenAid one which I should’ve done in the first place. Nutribullet needs to resolve this defective design ASAP because it’s very unsanitary and unsafe to use as dirty, old water collected inside is slowly (very slowly) dripping out and can mix with whatever you’re blending.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.I ordered a baby nutribullet but decided I did not want it anymore I canceled my order less than 2hrs after I purchased it.They told me they would cancel my order.I come home one day and there’s a nutribullet there I’m confused because my order was supposed to be canceled,but i didn’t think it was a big deal I could just return it.Then I had to get approved for a return,pay a extra 20 dollars to ship merchandise back that I was NEVER supposed to receive.3 months later I never received a refund I contacted the company 5 times.They told me that the merchandise was misplaced and they can’t find it so they didn’t have proof I returned it…This was the longest and most frustrating process I’ve encountered to get money back that’s rightfully mine and still haven’t received my money.

Super slecht! Doet t niet, breekt snel af, niet handig in gebruik, niet goed schoon te houden en niks wordt goed gehakt. De helft blijf gewoon plakken en er gebeurt niks. Ik moet heel hard schudden dan hakt het een klein beetje. Echt een stom ding!

100€ Smoothie maker bought as a Christmas present for my wife. The plastic lid broke after two days. It would've been so easy to send me a new lid by post. But the customer service was excruciatingly bad. Eventually, I bought a replacement online, which was obviously made in the same factory as the original.

Nutribullet gaat na een tijdje stinken, het messenblad dan. Onlangs goed wassen, mes ontmantelen en wederom goed schoonmaken blijft het zuur stinken, koop deze blender niet!

As for me nutribullet was a game changer. They promote a specific lifestyle that became popular quite fast - smoothies. I just recently learned that blending fruit isn't good for your health and actually makes you arrive faster to the diabetes and other problems related to sugar.
Nevertheless it isn't their responsibility to use the machine properly and not substitute solid food with only smoothies. I still use it for ice creams and peanut butter. What I like the most recently - is baby product. Blending food for babies IS awesome and choosing your own ingredients to make purees is a great privilege of not relying on the label from shops. The most adorable part is Baby & Toddler Meal Prep Kit which makes the whole food process chic and clean. I tend to borrow those squeeze pouches for my juices and actually never thought that they might be reusable. Butribullet gave me a great idea and if I were ever to buy another puree in the pouch I will reuse it.
In short - the blenders are average, work like any other blender, the design is great as for me, they are indeed easy to clean and store. The popularity and big stock allow to quickly find accessories or parts. I would recommend buying one if you have kids. For any other purposes I would go for a regular food processor coz it can blend as well.

Broken after two weeks. The cup is completely stuck on the unit. I’ve tried every north of I’ve found online to remove it. Now I just have a spoiled shake sitting in my kitchen and have no clue how to return this

Nutribullet has changed my daily routine for the better. Amazing product and have been using the same one for about 7 years now.

Easy to use and clean. Easy to make smoothies and I make pancake batter straight in the container & store extra batter in it for later.

Reviews I've seen about issues with blender- note- that is a user not product issue- the blending attachment must not be submerged or it collects fluid and will rust inside. Just remove rubber liner, scrub and put back. -If you make that mistake remove screws to release water.

I love my nutribullet.

This nutribullet is less than a year old we only start using it to blend food for our baby. It has completely seized up and produced a brown like liquid from the top of the black spinner with smoke appearing after a few blasts causing it to be unsafe and a fire hazard! . I dont want a refund... I only hope that people are made aware of this product... I WOULD NOT recommend this product.

I received two nutribullets and have been trying to return one of them. Customer service is terrible. I got an email every few days for awhile asking for the same information. When I gave it, I still have never received a return authorization. The NB was a gift and I don’t want the gifter charged twice. I would advise not ordering directly from NB. Order from reseller with a good return policy, so if there is a problem you will actually have a chance at getting help.

Nutribullet customer service is not good. You call the 800 number and they said they will call back but they do not call back. I have bene waiting three hours still no call. I think that recording is just on there to make people think they care. I have been buying Nutribullet for over twenty years but it is time for a change due to Nutribullet not caring about their customers. Once you buy their Nutribullet you are on your own because they got their money. A shame.

L’apparecchiatura di per se sarebbe valida se si fossero usati materiali all’altezza del uso. Non è concepibile che dopo 30 frullati la lama presenta ammaccature e garantisco che ho frullato solo verdura. Per forza è fatta con lamierino. Poi la grande pecca , la lama ha preso gioco sul perno . Ovvio , se non si usano materiali che non resistono al numero di giri di esercizio , si scassa. Non per niente c’è un sacco di siti che vendono ricambi. Mi spiace ma soldi spesi male La parte inferiore interna della base ha una ghiera e le viti si sono arrugginite, inox non esiste? Ho il magic bullet

Stopped working properly after 13 months. Just out of warranty, my Nutribullet will no longer turn on and off properly. I have to press down very hard for it to start (often takes me about 30 seconds of pressing to get it going), and when I twist it back to turn it off it doesn't always turn off, leaving the motor spinning for a couple of seconds. So disappointed with the quality of this product.

It's also very hard to clean. Almost impossible to get the grime out from underneath the blades. I tried using a toothbrush and toothpicks and could never get all of the grime. So gross.

Nieuw mes besteld zoals aangegeven op de website, omdat je deze regelmatig moet vervangen. Nou vind ik het al vrij belachelijk dat je elk half jaar de messen moet vervangen. Dat is +- € 40 per jaar bovenop de kosten van de bullet zelf. En o wee als je te laat vervangt, dan schuiven ze de schuld terug naar de klant omdat die de messen niet vervangen heeft. Bij mij kwam er echt bruine drap uit de schroeven zetten en hij klonk ontzettend hard en raar. Meteen nieuw mes besteld, maar perongeluk de verkeerde. Per telefoon uitgelegd maar ze konden niets voor me doen. 7 euro retourkosten betalen terwijl ik hem ruil tegen het juiste mes. Deze retourkosten nemen de meeste bedrijven voor eigen rekening. Onbehulpzame klantenservice en erg dure grap als je de messen ieder half jaar moet vervangen.

Livraison rapide, produit très bien emballé (peut-être trop...) et un plaisir à utiliser, très pratique.

Waardeloos product, waardeloze service. Noemt zich een bedrijf met een warm hart voor het milieu, maak dan een duurzamer product zou ik zeggen.
Mijn nutribullet heeft het precies 4,5 maand volgehouden.

I have this blender for nearly a month after it was two weeks late in arriving. They sent emails to say it would be arriving and I waited in three days in a row and nothing. Then it arrived some time later

It is very difficult to return. I have kept it because it was so dificult for me to return. I have discovered that it useless. At the moment I have a sauce stuck in it as it refuses to open for me. Previously I had found that it will not blend anything unless there is ahuge amount of liquid. It has proven to be a terrible buy
