Ordered next day delivery for 8 pounds extra , I ordered on a Saturday and its Tuesday evening still havent got it. I purchased food I want to blend 4 days ago and it will all have to go to bin becouse expiry date and delivery is now 2 days late. DPD tracking says they still haven't got the package, and nutribullet website charges you for calling them. Disgusting. I want money back.

We bought the "Nutribullet 1000 Series" in December of 2019 and we were really impressed with the aesthetics, functionality and the quality of the smoothies produced, however within 18 months (by June 2021) of our first use of the product it had failed - initially starting with a burning electrical smell and then it stopped working altogether.

Fortunately the Nutribullet product had a 2 year warranty on it so we were able to have it replaced which was great, or so we thought.

Fast-forward to June 2022 - within a year the exact same problem reared its head again i.e. the burning smell - so I hope you can imagine our disappointment! We took the product back to the retailer (Argos) and they stated they are unable to provide a replacement product as it was covered by 1 year warranty period which had lapsed. Apparently the 2 year warranty period was no longer available since the UK was no longer part of the EU, they advised us to contact Nutribullet directly.

We subsequently contacted the Nutribullet customer support team and to our disappointment they stated the product was out of warranty so cannot accept it! As stated in my opening sentence this is a fantastic product however there is a massive "BUT" which negates everything good about this product. Sadly I see many people getting sucked into buying the Nutribullet since the Daily Mail did a write-up on this product giving it very positive reviews.

I would therefore advise that if you are looking at purchasing this product only buy it on the condition
(1) you have deep pockets and are happy to continue replacing it annually (may be) with a different colour (but it will be at a cost to you).
(2) you have annoying in-laws and you want to irritate - buy the Nutribullet as a gift since it looks great, produces great smoothies but will certainly fail within a year of gifting - it will frustrate them when the freebie they received and enjoyed is no longer available to them lol!!
(3) You want to annoy your ex's partner (in a similar manner to the in-laws)
(4) You have a lovely kitchen and desire a beautiful kitchen gadget that will not only sit pretty but also enhances the looks of your kitchen.

But on a more serious note, based on the reviews I have seen on trust pilot today, I would strongly advise anyone considering picking up one to steer clear of all Nutribullet products until the manufacturer is able to confirm and prove they have resolved the issues and independent reviewers have attested to it.

PS. I just came across the brand BlendJet - they have a better rating than Nutribullet on Trust Pilot - but very importantly what I've observed is they respond to customer reviews good or bad! I might take a look at their product.

Rubbish product, didn't last long and can't get through to customer services to get a refund.

Vorig jaar een nitribullet aangeschaft deze was helaas stuk. Deze is terug gestuurd omdat er een vreemde geur vrij kwam bij het blenden. maar perongeluk verwisseld met een ander pakket wat ook moest worden terug gestuurd. Dit product is vernietigd/kwijtgeraakt en kon dus niet terug gestuurd worden.
na maanden van heen en weer mailen vond er eindelijk een belletje plaats en zou het bedrag van het kwijt geraakte product op mijn rekening worden gestort, Helaas is dat tot op de dag van vandaag niet gebeurd en reageren ze ook niet meer op mails. De afhandeling is echt niet nettjes verlopen terwijl ik tevreden was over het product helaas daarom geen nutribullet voor ons meer !

Nuttribullet gekocht bij de Bijenkorf en deze is binnen 3 weken stuk. Enkel fruit in gedaan en nooit in de vaatwasser oid.
Cotnact gehad met nuttribullet en die lossen het niet op.

Ik wil niet egoïstisch overkomen, maar je betaald gewoon 13,00€ aan verzendkosten als je het pakket retour stuurt. De meeste bedrijven nemen deze kosten voor eigen rekening! Waardeloos!

I got sucked in by the marketing. Bought the product and eventually, the liquid started to leak through the bottom of the container into the motor. burning smells, rust coloured liquid forming etc. total and utter waste of money. Pity, as the device itself blended things well.

I bought the nutribulet as I had heard great reviews. And for about a month or two I was using it every couple of days which in was vey happy about . Then I stopped using it . I took it out after couple of months and there was some burning smells and some brown stuff was leaking from the bottom . I wiped it clean and tried to use it again after a day or two. Still the same was happening .Then I noticed some tiny metal parts at the base .I contacted the customer service and showed them pictures and the person said It looks like dirt. I explained to them that looks like rust and the metal bits are coming out of the base. They just said I needed to clean my blender and that it just looks dirty. The “dirt “ was actually from
When I was trying to use the cleanser and everything had leaked . I googled this issue , which recommended me NOT to use the mechanism that blends and get a new one . I hardly ever use it so it was not Helpful. However I bought another blade from Amazon and used it a handful of times. And again today after not being in use since June the same thing has happened. This time there is an actual metal ball in the base, which has come out . Its not what you expect from using handful of times. Super disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

How am I supposed to register my product on the UK site when the retailer isn't on the list you have? There is no option for me to type it in. So frustrating as can't find any way to contact anyone in the UK to ask? Crazy.

De nutribullet is een waardeloos produkt. Heb er 2 gehad. De 1e begaf het na 1,5 jaar. De 2e binnen een jaar. Voor zoveel geld zo'n waardeloos produkt.
Koop die ondingen niet!

We love our Nutribullet blender, but the thing I’m most impressed with, is the customer service. One of our parts became broken. We didn’t have any of the original packaging, receipt or box. Michael (on their Twitter page) responded to me query quickly and with such care, we had a replacement, free of charge, on the way to us within the hour. I couldn’t be more impressed. Amazing customer service and so easy.

I loved my nutri bullet, used daily to make a smoothie. The smoothies began to have an awful smell and taste. I cleaned it carefully and heard water swishing about. Water had got in the grey part that holds the blades. I shook and shook it, black , vile smelling water came out. I couldn't get it all out though. I purchased a new grey blade part but the same thing has happened again! Design fault? Who knows? I know the blades need to move but water is seeping in. After a couple of upset tummies, I've totally stopped using it, unfortunately, as did love it. My health is more important.

I’ve had my nitro bullet for just under 2 years and the blade is releasing brown grease, originally from the underside but now the part of the blade exposed to whatever is blended. This does not seem like a quality product and a toxic smell emits when blending. Customer Service had a poor response.

The extractor blades are not easy to clean, not worth the work. Due to this reason I regret my purchase. I only used it once and I'm unable to get the extractor blades clean. I can't get between the blades. I will not use a product that I am unable to clean properly. Yes I did see how it says fill it with water and run it etc. I tried this and the stuck stuff just stays there. I don't have time for a product that will not come clean. I think a small bristle brush that will gently fit between and under the blades should be included.

The blade unit in a NutriBullet blender is prone to failure. When it fails the shaft that holds the blades wobbles allowing water to enter the unit causing a rust problem that is unsanitary and unrepairable. NutriBullet customer service will tell you that the blade unit will fail every 6 to 12 months and they will offer to sell you a replacement blade unit for about $25. Nonsense! Spare yourself the trouble and the aggravation and buy somebody else's product. This is a piece of crap made in China and will only disappoint you.

Na de aanschaf van mijn 900 series begon het product al naar verbrand plastic te ruiken. Hij functioneerde verder prima. Heb het apparaat 1 jaar gebruikt totdat er rook uit de onderkant kwam?!! Heb Bol.com en Nutribullet gecontacteerd en zij vertelde me dat ze 1 jaar garantie bieden en dat ik het naar een reparateur moest sturen. Ze lieten mij een foto van de bovenkant van het apparaat sturen (wat niks over de binnenkant zegt) die nog in goede staat was en er netjes uitzag.

Daarna vertelde Nutribullet Benelux dat ik de messen om het half jaar had moet vervangen en het niet hun probleem was. Belachelijk dat het apparaat zelf niet langer dan 2 jaar mee gaat, vooral als het zo duur is. Ik snap dat je messen moet vervangen als ze bot worden, maar vind het belachelijk dat je apparaat stuk gaat zonder dat er enige slijtage zichtbaar is? De manier waarop ze vervolgens problemen afhandelen is ook niet normaal, er werd direct gedaan alsof het probleem bij mij lag. En er werd geïnsinueerd dat het allemaal mijn schuld was, zonder dat er over een oplossing nagedacht werd.

Als je veel geld voor een zogenaamd kwalitatief goede blender betaald wil je ook waar voor je geld.

Nu moet ik zelf naar een reparateur gaan, zelf nog eens 30 euro betalen (als die nog te redden is)... Terwijl het apparaat net 1 jaar oud is.

Garantie? Daar doen ze bij Nutribullet niet aan.

Compared to the Ninja this thing is like an easy bake oven. Cheap and weak motor. Burns out quickly. I’ve had my same ninja for 2 years going strong. Nutri bullet is on it last leg 3 months in. The makers of this product suck. They obviously don’t use their own product

Really enjoy using the nurti-bullet, I’ve had it for over 2 months now and still use it every morning for my fruit and protein smoothie. Definitely recommend.

This is a terrible blender stay well away! Mine has broken the plastic section that works the blade. I have only had it 1 year and week! So difficult to get the items to blend.
