Got the Magic Bullet as a gift and it stopped working after about 10 uses. Seems that food (liquid) has leaked into the inner section and caused a blockage. This is because the cup leaks when it’s turned on. I had to figure that out from YouTube. No customer service number in the UK so not even sure how or where to get it fixed. Appalling customer service, will never buy from this company again and would not recommend. I had an old style blender (Kenwood) for 10 years and it never gave a minutes trouble. Avoid Nutribullet at all costs.

Great product until the plastic base gear broke, ordered replacement part but cant get the screw off the original to refit. Need to replace the entire unit due to a cheap plastic part. Very poor design.

Ik heb de nutribullit balans nu ongeveer 2 jaar dagelijks in gebruik en dat is voor mij een record.
Toch zijn er enkele problemen te melden, nl de drinkring sluit zeer slecht door de grove schroefdraad met het gevolg dat deze lekt als de smoothie dun is.
Mijn grootste grief is echter dat er bij sommige ingrediënten in de beker een druk wordt opgebouwd waardoor de inhoud zich in het draaiende mechanisme perst.
Dit messenblok is een gesloten systeem dus niet schoon te maken met het gevolg een vieze geur die niet te verwijderen is.

Absouletley love this product. Easy to use and clean. I have made hundreds of smoothies over the months and still working well.

I feel like I need to write this as my partner nearly lost his thumb when our Magic Nutribullet unfastened under his hand as he was blending our baby's food last night. The tumbler came undone and the spinning blades cut in thumb in three places, he bled heavily and had to be taken to hospital for stitches, we are not yet sure of potential nerve damage because of this. I feel that this should not have been allowed to happen and that Nutribullet has manufactured a dangerous piece of equipment. There is no proper customer service to register my complaint on their UK website hence why I am taking this here, also to warn other customers. Thank you.

I phone head office and dealt with Samantha who helped me greatly to get a new replacement.
Fortunately with the new replacement blades, it's perfect.

Six months after purchasing the Nutribullet Pro 900 Refurbished, we find out that it shouldn't make so much noise (with ringing in the ears), you shouldn't tighten the cups so much and you shouldn't put so much pressure on the cup. put.

Immediately after purchase, we forwarded a related complaint, but there was never a response.

Their customer service are well-trained

I would not recommend anyone to buy from NutriBullet. They are not customer oriented or what so ever

This is a company that is centered only on making profit and they really do not want to build a relationship with clients or think about a customers satisfaction.

Would give it zero stars if possible. Initially it started to leak, thought I could live with it. I decided to call the company to see if I was at fault, they sent me a new blade. That didn’t work so we tried another blade, paid for the second one. The second blade didn’t stop the leak either. I continued using using it, because I had spend almost $80 on it. Later, I couldn’t push it down to make it work, called the company and now they said it was the cup, they sent a cup. Of course it wasn’t the cup. I’ve had and still have a magic bullet which still works but was looking for something with more power. I can say that the magic bullet never leaked or got stuck or the motor smoked. These people made one excuse after another for their defective product. Horrible, horrible customer service. I’m done buying any of their products.

Great compact blender for as long as it worked, motor died after 2 years, not sure if that’s a good innings for a blender or not but remember growing up with the same blender throughout my childhood - guess they don’t make things to last like they used to....

After 4.5 months my Nutribullet 900 Pro stopped working. First I did all the online troubleshooting to no avail. Called customer service, did a half hour more troubleshooting on the phone, still not working. Tried emailing tom get them to honor the warranty to no avail. I am out $80 and over an hour of my time, still do not have an answer from customer service if they will replace this garbage blender.

I've owned a Nutribullet for about three years now. I have found this to be a frustrating experience. If I had to outline a positive feature... I probably would point out that it feels solid, it does not occupy much space and it can produce palatable juices and smoothies (more to do with the chef, really). Now, on the minus side: It is noisy (excruciatingly noisy); it's activation mechanism relies on three plastic bits sticking out of the vases (which will eventually break). The seal in the blade attachment is poor. The thing will leak... and when that happens, it is impossible to clean it properly. All the rubber bits start to fall off after a few months... And here comes the most irritating bit: you cannot immerse the blades to clean them; Oh! and the area around the blades also leaks... Finally, you can't even control the speed...

I honestly, don't have much experience with robots and juicers, but is the claimed power of this machine a game changer? Definitely no.

Worked well for a short while. now, 18 months on the blades leaks oil into the cups which are also partially broken.

I purchased a Nutribullet 1200 in January 2020. The blender is now leaking oil from the blade (both outside the blender container as well as inside the container)! It makes an absolute mess, but more concerning, it appears that I have been ingesting some amount of oil in my blends. Do not buy.

The best purchase I have made in a long time. Smoothies every morning are brilliant.

I was gifted a Nutribullet 900 and have used it regularly with good results.

However, the engagement tabs on the smaller cup have now been eroded.

As I had a spare larger cup, I thought no problem and used that. Unfortunately, the tabs lasted 4 uses.
There is an underlying issue with the engagement. Also, the rotor section leaks and omits a brown oil, probably bearing related.
Finally, today it started smoking.

I've only used it for small 10 second pulses, never more than 3 in total.

Verdict - probably longer lasting appliances available at half the price.

Blender is great but after about 8 months of use the blade has started leaking brown gunk whenever I use it.

I bought a Nutribullet Balance about a month ago. The unit has never provided the nutrional information that is supposed to appear on your phone app.
I talked to a fellow named Darryl (the second person I had talked to)
and after going through all the steps that could have possibly been the issue (including removing and adding the phone app 3 times) he offered to send a scale for which I paid $8.55 on October 7, 2019.
This item arrived exactly a week later on Monday October 14.
Well, this new scale did not work either.
I called back and no one could help me. I called back again on Tuesday Oct. 15 and I was told that my case had "escalated to a supervisor" and that as such a supervisor would called me between 24 and 72 hours.
As of now, 72 hours have long passed and no one have had the decency of calling me. I have talked to 4 different people since Oct 15 and all they do is "pass the buck."
No one has the authority or willing to do anything for me.
As of now, I am throwing this item in the garbage. It is totally useless if you want to keep up with your calories, carbs, etc. intake. It simply does not do what it is supposed to do and dealing with the company is simply a monumental headache.
