Not recommended
ordered a nuts & bolt display from these guys. Parcelforce have decided to only try and deliver in the evening when we are shut. Have spoken to nut n bolts online chat, no reply after 2 days, no number on there website but after finding it, no answer after trying for two days, there email box is full so can't email them. I did get an email 10 mins before they close saying to phone if it's important, but the next day i still cannot get anyone to respond.

good price and quality products
good price and quality products, let down by parcelforce not delivering on time ordered thursday supposed to deliver on saturday didnt turn up until tuesday. Ok it was easter weekend but farcelforce tracking kept on insisting saturday delivery

Bad experience
The item I ordered was out of stock and so instead of contacting me sent something completely different. I was sent 3 small vases rather than a large one and an oil burner. I needed a tall vase for a bunch of flowers. I have tried to contact the firm for a refund by email and phone to send items back with no success.
