Quick, efficient service
I ordered some bolts for a sythe mower, they arrived when they were supposed to, fitted perfectly and we got the machine up and running again. Arrived in recycled packaging which is a real plus. I will definitely use Nuts 'N' Bolts again and recommend them to others. Thanks guys!!

I was pleased to find someone supplying a mixture of nuts to try to match up with all the single bolts I have accumulated. Unfortunately only a few matched the ones I have. A wider spread of sizes and less of each might have been helpful

Thank you Ian for the feedback. That's a good idea. I am wondering if you had UNC or UNF bolts you were trying to find a matching nut for? A mix pack of these various types together may be advantageous. I've added this to our product suggestion box and will be reviewed by the team.

Excellent selection provided in what was my second time ordering. Only slight criticism is that the labels for the bins do not match the bolt lengths provided. Otherwise a fantastic selection and great quality

The bolt selection in this particular kit varies but we still wanted to provide the labels as the majority will match, and are really there for quick reference. No after sales support
Terrible after sales service from this company. Bought a £200 weed sprayer from them a year ago and the batteries failed to charge when I came to use it this spring. Said they couldn't help because they no longer supplied the item. The sprayer had come from a manufacturer in Australia (Silvan)! Contacted them and they said they couldn't help as it was the retailers responsibility. Would never buy from NutsnBolts again or a Silvan product.

Hello John, thank you for leaving us a review and apologies for the slow response, we have just begun to use Trustpilot. I have looked into the correspondence and after sales support you received with this issue.
I can see that you were advised to contact the manufacturer directly to see if they were able to assist while we were also looking toward a solution for you as we no longer stock the item and the sale was made over 12 months prior.
As you did not charge the battery in this period, it was unable to recharge and needed to be replaced. We had a spare battery but this was not offered as it had also been sitting for a substantial period of time and therefore went against the manufacturers guidance on how to operate and maintain correctly.
While a solution was trying to be reached, you had purchased the battery from another seller and advised us you had done this. The communication was always amicable between us and I believe we done everything we could to assist.
We welcome any future orders you may place with us and wish you the best for the future.
What a horrible company
What a horrible company! Through Amazon on June 13th I ordered an Assortment of screws costing £24 which they claim Hermes delivered to my house on June 17th. I have never received the order. After contacting them they refuse to do anything about it and just keep coming back with Hermes tracking data that it had been delivered and that I should check around my house and ask neighbours if they have received them - obviously, I have done all of this! I am the owner of an Ecommerce business myself and totally understand the frustration than can happen with courier companies, also I would never be dishonest (as has been suggested between the lines) as I know what that feels like to be on the end of that! And for £24 ??? If they think treating customers like this will bring them return business and loyalty they shouldn't be in business. Please don't use them people, they are not a plesant bunch!

Odd sized bolt…
I had a request for an odd sized bolt for an exercise bike I purchased and I was unable to find it anywhere so I GOOGLED and there was Nuts 'n Bolts offering the exact item. They arrived before they were expected. Very Good Service at a very, very reasonable price, will definitely use again.
